Compact dimensions and outstanding performance make these projectors the preferred choice for professional presentations.
The VPL-CX4 and VPL-CS4 are the latest additions to the ranks of high-quality Sony projectors, and are ideal for handling presentations when you are always on the move. Compact and light enough to be easily carried, yet with the assurance of images that are bright (1000 ANSI lumens) and clear, either of these projectors is an excellent choice. The VPL-CX4 provides XGA resolution and a full range of functions, while the VPL-CS4 is the SVGA model that is appropriate in less demanding applications.
N
ew, innovative style
The VPL-CX4/CS4 set new standards in visual styling with their simple and elegant external design. At the touch of a button, the front panel flips on to the top of the unit so that the operational controls now face upwards for convenient operation. Twin speakers, mounted on either side of the controls, are angled for optimum stereo imaging. A second panel on the side of the unit opens to reveal the input connectors.
H
andy and portable
Despite their compact size, the VPL-CX4/CS4 achieve an excellent brightness of 1000 ANSI lumens by adopting highly efficient 0.7-inch LCD panels and a fly-eye lens. The VPL-CX4 provides true XGA
(1024 x 768) resolution while the VPL-CS4 provides true SVGA (800 x 600) resolution. Weighing only around 2.4 kg (5lb 5oz), both models are easy to carr y in the supplied carr ying bag, so their clear, brilliant images can be projected anywhere, anytime.
Q
uiet operation
Fan noise is minimised with a unique air discharge system, which positions the exhaust on the front of the unit. This means that these projectors r un very quietly and the discharged air is kept away from the audience during presentations.
