professional inputs and outputs, plus special test features like
H/V delay, underscan, and blue-only mode. But this monitor's
most important feature is Sony's unsurpassed Trinitron@ picture
tube with advanced MicroblackTM screen.

Trinitron color system: the patented one-gun/one lens picture
tube that won an Emmy Award for picture quality; features high
geometric accuracy, high brightness, and minimum moire

Microblack'M screen for high contrast, reduced ambient light
reflection

Underscan switch displays the full active picture area; lets you
evaluate camera framing

Horizontal-plus-vertical delay switch brings the horizontal and
vertical blanking intervals, the "pulse cross, " to the center of the

screen; permits evaluating test signals, time code and other non­image areas

Special Blue-Only Mode facilitates hue adjustment and
observation of VTR noise

Push-to-lock front-panel controls for vertical hold, sharpness,
