Frequently Asked Questions

Q: There is no picture (screen is dark). What should I do?

A:

  • Ensure that the AC power cord is connected properly.
  • Check to confirm that all connecting cables are fastened properly, especially HDMI IN and OUT.
  • Change the input selector of your television to the Internet TV Box signal.
  • Confirm that the Power indicator is showing a green light.
  • Re-power the unit or simply replay with the HDMI cable to off and on the unit.

Q: The Keypad does not function. What can I do?

A:

  • Use the Keypad while closer to the unit.
  • Check to confirm that the batteries are fitted in properly.
  • Try holding the “Fn” and “Enter” keys simultaneously until the pairing screen goes away, as an alternative method.
  • Turn off the unit and reconnect the AC power cord as a last option if the unit still does not respond.

Q: This unit does not connect to the internet. What do I need to do?

A:

  • Make sure the LAN or Wireless LAN router has been turned ON.
  • Check all the configurations of the LAN or Wireless LAN router.
  • Check to ensure that the LAN cable is properly placed when using wired connections.
  • For wireless orders, ensure that you check the settings of your wireless access point and the steps for connection to the unit that were provided in the guide.

Q: What steps do I follow inorder to dual Keypad to my unit?

A:

  • Check the batteries to confirm they are placed in the right manner.
  • The first step to do this is to press CONNECT button located on the unit for two seconds and this will put the screen at a pair mode.
  • Now press the Fn and Enter keys in continuation of what the on-screen message says until the pairing screen is gone.
