Q: There is no picture (screen is dark). What should I do?
A:
Ensure that the AC power cord is connected properly.
Check to confirm that all connecting cables are fastened properly, especially HDMI IN and OUT.
Change the input selector of your television to the Internet TV Box signal.
Confirm that the Power indicator is showing a green light.
Re-power the unit or simply replay with the HDMI cable to off and on the unit.
Q: The Keypad does not function. What can I do?
A:
Use the Keypad while closer to the unit.
Check to confirm that the batteries are fitted in properly.
Try holding the “Fn” and “Enter” keys simultaneously until the pairing screen goes away, as an alternative method.
Turn off the unit and reconnect the AC power cord as a last option if the unit still does not respond.
Q: This unit does not connect to the internet. What do I need to do?
A:
Make sure the LAN or Wireless LAN router has been turned ON.
