Overview

The MSW-A2000/A2000P/M2000/M2000P/M2000E/ M2000EP/2000 are digital videocassette recorders based on the MPEG IMX format, and the MSWM2100/M2100P/M2100E/M2100EP are digital videocassette players based on the MPEG IMX format.
Each unit uses large scale integrated circuits for signal processing, and has a simple internal construction, allowing it to provide functionality at least equivalent to a conventional VTR in a compact (4U size), lightweight, and low power consumption design.
The MSW-A2000/A2000P/M2000/M2000P/M2000E/ M2000EP/2000 not only offer recording and playback in MPEG IMX format, but can also play back tapes recorded in Betacam SX format, analog Betacam format, or Digital Betacam format.
The MSW-M2100/M2100P/M2100E/M2100EP not only offer playback in MPEG IMX format, but can also play back tapes recorded in Betacam SX format, analog Betacam format, or Digital Betacam format.
