About This Manual
The instructions in this manual are for the M-850V and M-800V.
Before you start reading, check your model number. The M850V is the model used for illustration purposes. Any
differences in operation are clearly indicated in the text, for
example, “M-850V only”.
Preparing Power Sources
Choose one of the following power sources.
Dry Batteries (see Fig. A-(a))
Make sure that nothing is connected to the DC IN 3V jack.
1 Open the battery compartment lid.
2 Insert two R03 (size AAA) batteries with correct polarity and
close the lid.
To take out the batteries (see Fig. A-(b))
If the battery compartment lid is accidentally
detached (see Fig. A-(c))
Attach it as illustrated.
When to replace the batteries
For M-800V
Replace the batteries with new ones when the REC/BATT lamp
dims.
For M-850V
Replace the batteries with new ones when the BATT lamp goes
off and the E lamp flashes.
Notes
•The unit will play back normally for a while, even after the E lamp
flashes. However, replace the batteries as soon as you can. If you do not,
the playback cannot be made with normal sound, noise may be
recorded and the recorded sound will not be loud enough (M-850V
only).
• In the following cases you do not need to replace the batteries:
– if the REC/BATT lamp, or BATT lamp flashes with the playback
sound when you turn up the volume.
– if the E lamp lights momentarily when the tape starts running or at
the end of the tape (M-850V only).
– if the E lamp flashes during FF (CUE) or REW (REVIEW) (M-850V
only).

Note
The battery life may shorten depending on the operation of the unit.

Connect the AC power adaptor to DC IN 3V and to a wall outlet.
Use the AC-E30HG AC power adaptor (not supplied).
Do not use any other AC power adaptor.
Polarity of the plug
Note
Specifications for AC-E30HG vary for each area. Check your local voltage
and the shape of the plug before purchasing.
Recording (see Fig. B-(a))
Make sure that nothing is connected to MIC.
1 Press the reset button of the tape counter.
Note
The number in the tape counter will increase when playing back the
forward side, and decrease when playing back the reverse side.
2 Press Tx, insert a standard microcassette with the side to
start recording facing the lid, and then close the lid. (see Fig.
B-(b)).
3 Select the desired tape speed.
2.4 cm for optimum sound (recommended for normal use):
A 30-minute recording can be made using both sides of the
MC-30 microcassette.
1.2 cm for longer recording time: A 60-minute recording can
be made using both sides of the MC-30 microcassette.
4 Choose recording sides.
To record on both sides
Slide DIR so that the FWD indicator turns
green.
Recording will start form the side facing the
cassette holder window (forward side) and
switches automatically to the reverse side at
the end of the side (Auto Reverse).
Note
Make sure the tabs on both sides are not removed. Even if only the
tab on the reverse side is removed, recording cannot be made.
To record on a single side
Slide DIR so that the REV indicator turns
green.
Recording will start form the side facing the
unit (reverse side).

5 Set VOR to H, L or OFF.
If you set VOR to H or L, the unit automatically starts
recording the sound and pauses when there is no sound
(you can save tapes and batteries).
H: To record at meeting or in a quiet and/or spacious place.
L: To record for dictation or in a noisy place.
When the sound is not loud enough, set it to OFF, or the unit
may not start recording.
6 Press z.
nN is pressed simultaneously and recording starts. While
the tape runs, the REC lamp (M-850V) or REC/BATT lamp
(M-800V) lights and flashes depending on the strength of the
sound.
Recording level is fixed.
At the end of the reverse side, recording stops and the unit turns
off automatically.

Select the 2.4 cm tape speed for recording, if you play back the recorded
tape with another unit. Otherwise, the sound quality may be changed.
Notes on recording sides
•When recording on both sides, recording will not be made for a few
seconds while the tape is switching sides.
• When you open the cassette holder, the direction of the tape is reset to
the forward side.
• The DIR switch cannot be used during recording.
Notes on VOR (Voice Operated Recording)
• The VOR system depends on the environmental conditions. If you
cannot get the desired results, set VOR to OFF.
• When you use the unit in a noisy place, it will stay in the recording
mode. If the sound is too soft, on the contrary, the unit will not start
recording. Set VOR to H (high) or L (low) depending on the conditions.
To monitor the sound
Connect an earphone to the EAR jack. The monitor volume
cannot be adjusted by VOL.
To prevent a cassette from being accidentally recorded
over (see Fig. B-(c))

recording, cover the tab hole with adhesive tape.

Recording cue markers (M-850V only)
While recording, you can record a special signal on the tape to
mark a specific position.
At the desired position, press CUE MARKER to record a signal.
The REC lamp flashes and a signal will be recorded on the tape.
If you want to record a signal longer than that, press CUE
MARKER as long as you want.
During cue and review, you will hear the beep sound at the
signal position. During playback with the headphones plugged
in, you will hear the signal with low frequency sound at the
signal position.
Notes
• We recommend recording cue markers when there is a break in the
sound.
• The beep may sound differently depending on the marked position on
the tape because the winding speed varies from the beginning to the
end of the tape.
• There may be cases that recorded sound is distorted in a portion where
the CUE MARKER signals are recorded.
Playing a Tape (see Fig. C)
1 Insert a cassette with the side to start playing facing the lid.
2 Select the tape speed to the same speed as that used for
recording.
3 Press nN.
4 Turn VOL to adjust the volume.
At the end of the reverse side, playback stops and the unit turns
off automatically.
If you plug in headphones (not supplied) to the EAR jack, you
will get monaural output from both left and right channels.

batteries will be consumed rapidly. Be sure to depress Tx.
Note
If the tape is completely wound or rewound while searching forward/
backward during playback (CUE/REVIEW), the CUE/REVIEW switch
may not return to the center position when you release the switch. In this
case, push back the switch to the center to start playback.
To increase the playback speed (M-850V only)
Slide the FAST PB switch in the direction of the arrow. The
playback speed will be increased.
To return to the original speed, slide the FAST PB switch to the
original position.

Recording/Playback with the
Connected Equipment
Recording with an External Microphone
Connect a microphone to the MIC jack. Use a microphone of low
impedance (less then 3 kΩ). When using a plug-in-power system
microphone, the power to the microphone is supplied from this
unit.
Note
When recording with an external microphone, the VOR system may not
work properly because of the difference in sensitivity.
Recording from another tape recorder
Connect another tape recorder to the MIC jack using the
RK-G64HG connecting cord (not supplied).
Set this unit to the recording mode and another tape recorder to
the playback mode. In this case set VOR to OFF.
Precautions
On power
•Operate the unit only on 3 V DC.
For AC operation, use the AC power adaptor recommended
for the unit. Do not use any other type. For battery operation,
use two R03 (size AAA) batteries.
On the unit
•Use only the
unit. Non-standard cassettes cannot be used because their “L”
dimension is different (see Fig. D).
•Do not leave the unit in a location near heat sources, or in a
place subject to direct sunlight, excessive dust or mechanical
shock.

•Should any solid object or liquid fall into the unit, remove the
batteries or disconnect the AC power adaptor, and have the
unit checked by qualified personnel before operating it any
further.
•Keep personal credit cards using magnetic coding or springwound watches etc. away from the unit to prevent possible
damage from the magnet used for the speaker.
•When you do not use the unit for long, remove the batteries to
avoid damage caused by battery leakage and subsequent
corrosion.
•If the unit has not been used for long, set it in the playback
mode and warm it up for a few minutes before inserting a
cassette.
If you have any questions or problems concerning your unit,
please consult your nearest Sony dealer.
Troubleshooting
Should any problem persist after you have made these checks,
consult your nearest Sony dealer.
A cassette cannot be inserted.
t The cassette is being inserted in the wrong way.
t nN has been already pressed.
The unit does not operate.
t The batteries have been inserted with incorrect polarity.
t The batteries are weak. Replace both batteries with new
ones.
t>PAUSE is slid in the direction of the arrow.
t The AC power adaptor is connected to the unit only and
you are going to use the unit on batteries.
Recording cannot be made.
t There is no cassette in the cassette compartment.
t The tab on the tape has been removed. (Even if only the
tab on the reverse side is removed, recording cannot be
made.) To reuse the tape for recording, cover the tab hole
with adhesive tape. To record on one side only, insert a
cassette with the side to start recording facing away from
the lid (reverse side).
t Make sure that the orientation of the cassette and the
setting of DIR does not match in case of one-side
recording. Insert a microcassette with the side to start
recording facing the unit, and then slide DIR so that the
REV indicator turns green.
Recording is interrupted.
t The VOR switch is set to H or L. When you do not use
VOR, set it to OFF.
During CUE/REVIEW the tape stops or does not run.
You cannot fast-forward or rewind.
t The batteries are weak. Replace both batteries with new
ones.
Recording cannot be erased completely.
t The head is contaminated. See “Maintenance”.
Playback cannnot be made.
t The tape has reached the end of the reverse side. Press
nN to switch playback side to FWD.
No sound comes from the speaker.
t The earphone is plugged in.
t The volume is turned down completely.
The sound drops out or comes with excessive noise.
t The volume is turned down completely.
t The batteries are weak. Replace both batteries with new
ones.
t The head is contaminated. See “Maintenance”.
t Direct placement of the cassette tape on the speaker
resulted in magnetization and deteriorated tonal quality.
t Use the unit away from radiowave-emitting devices such
as cellular phones.
The pitch of the sound is unstable.
t The batteries are weak. Replace both batteries with new
ones.
t The capstan and the pinch roller is contaminated. See
“Maintenance”.
Tape speed is too fast or too slow in the playback
mode.
t Improper setting of the TAPE SPEED switch. Set it to the
same speed as that used for recording.
t The batteries are weak. Replace both batteries with new
ones.
Tape speed is faster than the normal playback speed.
t The FAST PB switch (M-850V only) is slid in the direction
of the arrow.
Chattering noise is heard.
t The reset button of the tape counter is accidentally held
and pressed. Press the button again to reset the counter to
“000.”
Rattling noise is heard after the end of the tape is
reached in fast forwarding or rewinding operation.
t Press Tx to stop fast forwarding or rewinding.
Maintenance (see Fig. E)
To clean the tape head and path
Press nN and wipe the head 1, capstan 2 and the pinch
roller 3 with a cotton swab, moistened with alcohol every 10
hours of use.
To clean the exterior
Use a soft cloth slightly moistened in water. Do not use alcohol,
benzine or thinner.

M-800V

M-850V
当BATT指示灯熄灭了，而E 灯闪烁着时，即请更换新电池。
注
• 即使 E 指示灯起闪烁之后，机器仍可正常地播放一段时间，但是必须尽
快更换电池。如果不换电池，您将不能获得正常声音的播放，所录声音可
能参杂噪音，所录声音也会不够响亮（M-850V 为限）。
• 如下状况时，并不必更换电池：
– 调高音量时，随播放声而 REC/BATT指示灯，或BATT 指示灯起闪烁。
– 当开始走带或到达磁带末端时：E 灯亮了一下（M-850V 为限）。
– FF(CUE)（快进提示）或 REW(REVIEW)（复审）操作中，如果 E 灯
起闪烁（M-850V 为限）。

3 选择磁带速度。
声音音调音质最合适时的速度为 2.4 cm（平常请以此速度播
放）：使用一个 MC-30 微型磁带的正反两面，可进行 30 分钟
的录音。
要进行较长的录音时的速度为 1.2 cm：使用一个 MC-30 微型
磁带的正反两面，可进行 60分钟的录音。
4 选择录音面。
要录双面时
滑动 DIR 使 FWD 指示灯点亮绿色。
录音将从面向磁带盒窗口的一面开始（正面）
而当录到此面终端时，即自动地切换到反面
（自动前绕）。
注
确认磁带两面的小翼是否都完整没被去除。即使只有反面的小翼被去除
了，也便不能进行双面连续录音。
要录单面时
滑动 DIR 使 REV 指示灯点亮绿色。
录音将从磁带面向机器里面的一面开始（反
面）。
注
确认反面的小翼是否没被除去。
5 把 VOR 开关设置在“H”，“L”或“OFF”。
若把 VOR 开关设置在“H”或“L”，则录音机将在发出声音
时自动开始录音，没有声音时自动暂停下来（可以节省磁带及
电池之消耗）。
H: 要在会议室或安静的地方，及／或空间较大的地方录音时。
L: 要录下供听写用的声音，或在吵杂的地方录音时。
要录的声音若不够大，把 VOR开关设置在“OFF”，否则便无
法令录音机开始录音。
6 按压 z 键。
nN 即同时被按下而开始录音。磁带一开始卷动，REC
(M-850V)或 REC/BATT(M-800V)指示灯便发亮并按照声
音强弱而闪烁。
录音电平是固定的。
磁带绕达反面的终端时，即自动地停止录音并关掉机器电源。
要 须按压或设置的控制器
停止录音 按 Tx 键
在播放之中直接开始录音 在播放之中按压 z 键（录音机便进入
复审刚录下的部分 在录音之中，把 CUE/REVIEW键设

注
要播放以其他录音机录音的磁带时，把磁带速度设置在 2.4 cm 之处。否则
会影响播放时的音质。

录音面须知
• 录双面的录音过程中，当正在切换录音面时，将有几秒钟不能进行录音。
• 每当打开磁带盒时，磁带方向都被重调为正面方向。
• 录音中，DIR（方向）开关是不能利用的。
关于 VOR (语音操作记录) 开关的注意事项
• VOR功能将因录音环境而影响录音效果。所以如果不能获得理想的录音，
请把 VOR开关设置在“OFF”。
• 在吵杂的地方使用机器时，它将一直处于录音状态。又若声音太低沉的话，
录音机也不会自动开始录音。因此请按照录音环境如何，而把 VOR开关
设置在“H”（高）或“L”（低）之处。
若要一面录音一面监听所录着的声音
在 EAR 插孔连接上耳机。监听器的音量是不能用 VOL 调整
的。
为防止所录的地方因重录而被误擦除（参看图 B-(c)）
折掉磁带盒背的录音防止保险片。要再以那盒磁带录音时，在
折掉保险片的小洞，贴张胶带就行。
记录提示标记（M-850V 为限）
录音时，可在磁带上录一个特别的信号以标记某指定位置。
可在所要的位置按下 CUE MARKER（提示标记）以记录一
个信号。
REC 指示灯起闪烁而某特别信号便被录在磁带上了。您如果
要记录一个较长的信号，可随意按久些 CUE MARKER。
当提示复审中，在录信号的位置上将可听到嘟声。当接插着头
戴耳机进行播放时，在记录了信号的位置，您将可听到低频率的信
号音。
注
• 您最好是在有声音间歇的地方记录提示标记。
• 在磁带的不同位置所记录的提示标记，其嘟声可能有异，这是因
为自磁带开头到末端各部分的绕带速度不相同的关系。
• 在记录 CUE MARKER 信号的部分所录声音可能失真。
播放（参看图 C）
1 把要播放之面对着磁带室盖，装入磁带。
2 把播放速度调整在和录音时一样速度之处。
3 按压 nN 键。
4 转动 VOL 以调整音量。
磁带绕达反面终端时，即自动地停止播放并关掉机器电源。
如果把头戴耳机（并未提供）接插到 EAR插孔，则从左声道
及右声道都将听到单耳声输出。
要须按压或设置的控制器
停止播放／停止快进或前绕 * 按 Tx 键

完，切记此时一定要按下 Tx 键才离开座位。

注
播放中，当往前／往后寻找时，如果磁带完全绕完或重绕完了(CUE/
REVIEW)，当您释放 CUE/REVIEW开关时，它可能不会返回中央位置
的。此时，请把它推回中央位置以开始播放。
如何加快播放速度（M-850V 为限）
把 FAST PB 开关往箭头方向移动。播放时的速度将加快。
要恢复普通的播放速度时，把 FAST PB 开关移到原来的位
置。
从其他装置录音／以其他装置播放
另连接麦克风录音
连接一支麦克风到 MIC 插孔。请使用低阻抗（3 kΩ 以下）的
麦克风。若使用插入通电型的麦克风，麦克风的电源便由录音机供
给。
注
使用机外麦克风时，因为各个麦克风的灵敏度不同，所以 VOR 功能也许不
能正常工作。
从其他录音机录音
用 RK-G64HG 连接导线（并未提供）将另一磁带录音机连接
到 MIC 插孔。
把本机设置在录音状态，并把另一架录音机设置在播放状态。
此时，VOR 开关请设置在“OFF”之处。
使用前须知注意事项
电源
•本机只可使用 3V DC直流电操作。
对于交流电操作，请使用推荐用于本机器的交流电源适配器。请
勿使用任何其他类型的适配器。对于电池操作，请使用两个R03
（七号，AAA）电池。
录音机
•本机只可使用注有 （标准微型磁带）的磁带。非标
准型的磁带本机不能使用，因为“L”尺寸不同（参看图 D）。
•不可把录音机放在热源附近，或直接受到阳光照射的地方，以及
灰尘极多，容易受震动之处。
•若让固定或液体掉落机内，请取出电池或断开交流电源适配器，
并经电气专业人员检查以后，方可再行使用。
•不要把使用磁码的个人信用卡或用手卷动的手表等，放在录音机
附近，以免受到录音机里的扬声器磁气的影响，而损失功能。
•若长期不使用录音机，请取出电池，以免电池溶液泄漏，损伤机
体或腐蚀。
•录音机若长期没使用，下一次要再使用时，先把录音机设置在播
放状态，使机器温热了几分钟，然后才插入磁带。
在操作录音机时，若遇到任何困难，请向离贵地最近的 Sony
经销店咨询。
故障排除
若在经过自己进行下列检查调查以后，仍然不能使录音机恢复
正常的话，请向 Sony 经销店咨询。
磁带装不进去。
t 磁带方向装反了。
t nN 键已经被按下了。
录音机不能操作。
t 电池装法错误。
t 电池变弱。同时更换两个电池。
t> PAUSE 开关被设置在箭头方向。
t 机器仅连接了交流电源适配器，而您打算用电池操作机器。
不能录音。
t 磁带室内未装磁带。

關於此說明書
本說明書用於說明M-850V和M-800V。閱讀此說明以前，請先
檢查一下您機器的型號數字。 M-850V 型號是用於圖解說明。操作
上有所不同時，將在說明文中清楚地指明，例如“M-850V 為限”。
準備電源
操作時，有下列電源可供選用。
乾電池（參看圖 A-(a)）
要以乾電池操作時， DC IN 3V 插孔裡不可連接任何電線。
1 打開電池室蓋。
2 裝入兩個 R03（AAA ，7 號）電池，必須裝對電池極性，然後蓋
上蓋子。
要取出電池時（參看圖 A-(b)）
電池室蓋不小心掉下來時的蓋子裝法（參看圖 A-(c)）
請按照插圖所示進行。
什麼時候需要更換電池
M-800V
當 REC/BATT 指示燈顯得暗淡時，即請更換新電池。
M-850V
當BATT 指示燈熄滅了，而E燈閃爍著時，即請更換新電池。
註
• 即使 E 燈起閃爍之後，機器仍可正常地播放一下，但是必須盡快更換電
池。如果不換電池，您將不能獲得正常聲音的放音，所錄聲音可能參雜噪
聲，所錄聲音也會不夠響亮（M-850V 為限）。
• 如下狀況時，並不必更換電池：
– 調高音量時，隨播放聲而 REC/BATT 指示燈﹐或 BATT 指示燈起閃爍。
– 當開始走帶或到達卡帶末端時：E 燈亮了一下（M-850V 為限）。
– FF(CUE)（快進繞提示）或 REW(REVIEW)（重繞檢閱）操作中，如果 E 燈
起閃爍（M-850V 為限）。

家用電源（參看圖 A-(d)）
要使用家庭電源時，把AC電源轉接器插到DC IN 3V 插孔以及
牆上電源插座。使用 AC-E30HG AC 電源轉接器（無附帶）。
不可使用其他的 AC 電源轉接器。
插頭極性
註
AC-E30HG的規格隨地區而異。選購前，請先查明當地的電壓和插頭的形狀。
錄音（參看圖 B-(a)）
錄音時， MIC 插孔裡不可連接任何電線。
1 按壓卡帶計數器的重設按鈕。
註
播放卡帶進繞面時，卡帶計數器中的數字將增加，播放倒繞面時，則將
減小。
2 按Tx，裝入標準微型卡帶，讓要開始錄的一面面朝著蓋子，
然後蓋上蓋子。（參看圖 B-(b)）。
3 選擇錄音帶速度。
聲音音調音質最合適時的速度為 2.4 cm（平常請以此速度放
音）：使用一個 MC-30 微型卡帶的正反兩面，可進行 30 分鐘的
錄音。
要進行較長的錄音時的速度為1.2 cm：使用一個MC-30 微型卡
帶的正反兩面，可進行 60 分鐘的錄音。
4 選擇錄音面。
要錄雙面時
滑動 DIR 使 FWD 指示燈點亮綠色。
錄音將從面向卡帶架窗的一面開始（進繞面）
而當錄到此面終端時，即自動地切換到倒繞面
（自動倒繞）。
註
確認卡帶兩面的小翼是否都完整沒被去除。即使只有倒繞面的小翼被去
除了，也便不能進行雙面連續錄音。
要錄單面時
滑動 DIR 使 REV 指示燈點亮綠色。
錄音將從卡帶面向機器裡面的一面開始（倒繞
面）。
註
確認倒繞面的小翼是否沒被除去。
5 把 VOR 開關設定在“H”，“L”或“OFF”。
若把 VOR 開關設定在“H”或“L”，則錄音機將在發出聲音時
自動開始錄音，沒有聲音時自動暫停下來（可以節省卡帶及電
池之消耗）。
H: 要在會議室或安靜的地方，及或空間較大的地方錄音時。
L: 要錄下供聽寫用的聲音，或在吵雜的地方錄音時。
要錄的聲音若不夠大，把VOR開關設定在“OFF”，否則便無法
令錄音機開始錄音。
6 按壓 z 鍵。
nN 即同時被按下而開始錄音。錄音帶一開始捲動， REC
(M-850V)或 REC/BATT(M-800V)指示燈便發亮並按照聲音強弱
而閃爍。
錄音電平是固定的。
卡帶繞達倒繞面的終端時，即自動地停止錄音並關掉機器電
源。
要須按壓或設定的控制器
停止錄音 按 Tx 鍵
在放音之中直接開始錄音 在放音之中按壓 z 鍵（錄音機便進入
查聽剛錄下的部分 在錄音之中，把 CUE/REVIEW 鍵設定在

錄音面須知
• 錄雙面的錄音過程中，當正在切換錄音面時，將有幾秒鐘不能進行錄音。
• 每當打開卡帶架時，磁帶方向都被重調為進繞面方向。
• 錄音中， DIR（方向）開關是不能利用的。
關於 VOR (Voice Operated Recording) 開關的注意事項
• VOR功能將因錄音環境而影響錄音效果。所以如果不能獲得理想的錄音，
請把 VOR 開關設定在“OFF”。
• 在吵雜的地方使用機器時，它將一直處於錄音狀態。又若聲音太低沉的
話，錄音機也不會自動開始錄音。因此請按照錄音環境如何，而把VOR開
關設定在“H”（高）或“L”（低）之處。
若要一面錄音一面監聽所錄著的聲音
在EAR 插孔連接上耳機。監聽器的音量是不能用 VOL 調整的。
為防止所錄的地方因重錄而被誤消掉（參看圖 B-(c)）
折掉錄音卡帶盒背的錄音防止保險片。要再以那盒卡帶錄音
時，在折掉保險片的小洞，貼張膠帶就行。
記錄提示標記（M-850V 為限）
錄音時，可在卡帶上錄一個特別的信號以標記某指定位置。
可在所要的位置按下 CUE MARKER（提示標記）以記錄一個信
號。
REC指示燈起閃爍而某特別信號便被錄在卡帶上了。您如果要
記錄一個較長的信號，可隨意按久些 CUE MARKER 。
當提示檢閱中，在錄信號的位置上將可聽到嘟聲。當接插著頭
戴耳機進行放音時，在記錄了信號的位置，您將可聽到低頻聲的信
號音。
註
•您最好是在有聲音間歇的地方記錄提示標記。
•在卡帶的不同位置所記錄的提示標記，其嘟聲可能有異，這是因
為自卡帶開頭到末端各部分的繞帶速度不相同的關係。
•在錄有 CUE MARKER 信號的部分，可能會有錄音失真的現象。
放音（參看圖 C）
1 把要放音之面對著卡帶室蓋，裝入錄音帶。
2 把放音速度調整在和錄音時一樣速度之處。
3 按壓 nN 鍵。
4 旋轉 VOL 以調整音量。
卡帶繞達倒繞面終端時，即自動地停止播放並關掉機器電源。
如果把頭戴耳機（無附帶）接插到 EAR 插孔，則從左頻道及右
頻道都將聽到單耳聲輸出。
要須按壓或設定的控制器

* 若在錄音帶走到盡頭，或被捲回起點以後離開錄音機，則電池將很快就用
完，切記此時一定要按下 Tx 鍵才離開座位。

放音中，當往前往後尋找時，如果卡帶完全繞完或重繞完了(CUE/
REVIEW)，當您釋放 CUE/REVIEW 開關時，它可能不會返回中央位置的。此
時，請把它推回中央位置以開始放音。
如何加快放音速度（M-850V 為限）
把 FAST PB 開關往箭頭方向移動。放音時的速度將加快。
要恢復普通的放音速度時，把FAST PB開關移到原來的位置。
從其他裝置錄音以其他裝置放音
另連接麥克風錄音
連接一支麥克風到MIC 插孔。請使用低阻抗（3 kΩ 以下）的麥
克風。若使用插入通電型的麥克風，麥克風的電源便由錄音機供
給。
註
使用機外麥克風時，因為各個麥克風的靈敏度不同，所以VOR功能也許不能
正常工作。
從其他錄音機錄音
用 RK-G64HG 連接導線（無附帶）將另一卡帶錄音機連接到 MIC
插孔。
把本機設定在錄音狀態，並把另一架錄音機設定在放音狀態。
此時， VOR 開關請設定在“OFF”之處。
使用前須注意
電源
•本機只可使用 3V DC 直流電操作。
要以交流電操作時，請使用本機所指定的AC電源轉接器。不可使
用其他轉接器。要用電池操作時，請使用兩個 R03（AAA ， 7 號）
電池。
錄音機
•本機只可使用註有 （標準微型卡帶）的錄音帶。非
標準型的卡帶本機不能使用，因為“L”尺寸不同（參看圖 D）。
•不可把錄音機放在熱源附近，或直接受到陽光照射的地方，以及
灰塵極多，容易受震動之處。
•若讓固體或液體掉落機內，請取出電池，或拔下AC電源轉接器﹐
並經電氣專業人員檢查以後，方可再行使用。
•不要把塗有磁層的個人信用卡或用手捲動的手錶等，放在錄音機
附近，以免受到錄音機裡的揚聲器磁氣的影響，而損失功能。
•若長期不使用電池，請取出，以免電池溶液泄漏，損傷機體或腐
蝕。
•錄音機若長期沒使用，下一次要再使用時，先把錄音機設定在放
音狀態，使機器溫熱了幾分鐘，然後才插入錄音帶。
在操作錄音機時，若遇到任何困難，請向離貴地最近的 Sony
經銷店商量。
故障排除
若在經過自己進行下列檢查調查以後，仍然不能使錄音機恢復
正常的話，請向 Sony 經銷店商量。
錄音帶裝不進去。
t 錄音帶方向裝反了。
t nN 鍵已經被按下了。
錄音機不能操作。
t 電池裝法錯誤。
t 電池電力變弱了。請換新兩個電池。
t> PAUSE 開關被設定在箭頭方向。
t 當您想以電池操作時， AC 電源轉接器或汽車電池連接線被
連接在錄音機。
不能錄音。
t 卡帶室內未裝卡帶。
t 卡帶上的小翼被除去了。（即使只有倒繞面的小翼被折除也
將不能進行錄音）。卡帶要再用於錄音時，可用黏膠帶蓋住
小翼凹孔。只錄在一面時，請讓要開始錄音面背向蓋子裝入
卡帶（倒繞面）。
t 請確認一下卡帶的安裝和 DIR（方向）設定會不會不符合單
面錄音要求。裝微型卡帶時，要開始錄的一面必須面朝機器
裝入，然後滑動 DIR 使 REV 指示燈點亮綠色。
錄音中途停止下來了。
t VOR 開關被設定在“H”或“L”之處。不使用 VOR 開關的時
候，請設定在“OFF”。
CUE/REVIEW（提示檢閱）中，卡帶停下來或不走動。
不能進行快進繞或重繞。
t 電池電力變弱了。請換新兩個電池。
以前的錄音不能完全消除。
t 磁頭髒了。請參看「維修」之說明。
不能播放。
t 卡帶已繞達倒繞面的終端。請按下 nN 將播放面切換到
