the
Ni-MH rechargeable batteries
The
contact
surfaceofthe batteries
and
the charger must always be kept clean.
The
standard
Ni-MH batteries (with Green Cycle Energylogo) are
not
charged. It is necessary
to charge the batteries before using
them
for the first time.
Do
not
mix batteriesofdifferent capacity, type,orbrand.
Do
not
use batteries which arechargedat different times. Always keep rechargeable batteries
together
as a set. Replace the whole set.
Do
not
mix old batteries with new ones.
Do
not
expose the batteries to water.
Do
not
heat the batteriesordisposeofthem
in fire.
Do
not tear
off
the jacket label.
Do
not
disassembleorreassemble the batteries.
Do
not
short-circuit the batteries.Toavoid short·circuiting, keep the batteries away from all
metal objects (e.g. coins. hair-pins, keys. etc.).
If the batteries are stored without use, either partially charged
or
fully discharged for 6
months
or
longer, they may require several cyclesofcharging
and
discharging in
order
to attain their
original charge capacity.
