Sonance Cinema®Series LCR1 Cabinet Speaker

The Sonance Cinema Series LCR1 Cabinet speaker features drivers and voicing that are identical to the Cinema Series LCR1 in-wall speaker, giving installers the ultimate in mix-and-match flexibility while maintaining the character and quality of the Sonance sound.

A coaxial midrange/tweeter driver with the tweeter mounted precisely in the center of the shallow midrange cone is one of the keys to the LCR1 Cabinet speaker’s ability to provide more consistent frequency response and stereo imaging for listeners seated both on-axis and off-axis of the speaker

Dual woofers minimize frequency response variations caused by floor reflections. This, along with the coaxial midrange/ tweeter driver, delivers exceptional musicality and accuracy along wit h ver y low sensitivity to room placement.

The speaker can be oriented vertically (for left and right channel use) and horizontally (for center channel use) with virtually identical performance.

An enclosure made from an exclusive laminate of ½” MDF and ½” particle board with superior stiffness and resonancedamping characteristics helps the LCR1 Cabinet speaker achieve clear, uncolored sound.

A boundary compensation switch provides smoother upper bass response when the speaker is mounted in furniture. A thr ee-position tweeter level adjustment switc h (+3dB/0dB/–3dB) lets installers and users fine-tune the speaker’s high-frequency performance to compliment the acoustical characteristics of the listening room.
