1. Connect an Ethernet cable to the NET port of the device.

2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable into the network. Following are a couple of common scenarios.

3. Optional: If you are NOT using PoE, connect the power adapter to a power outlet (A). Then connect the other end to the power port on the unit (B).

4. Confirm that the green LED on the face of the unit is lit. This indicates con­nectivity to the network.
