EXCELLENT RESULTS

MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY

This range has been designed so that the water can be sprayed onto the dishes from all angles by calibrating the width, ﬂow rate and pressure of the jets. The hydraulic circuit guarantees a steady ﬂow of water at constant pressure preventing cavitation in order to ensure silent operation and high-quality results. The integrated ﬁltering system holds the dirty water on the bottom of the tank and the clean water is used for washing, while the High Temperature Rinse system keeps the rinsing water at a constant temperature for better hygiene and fast drying.

HIGHLY PRACTICAL

The tank used in Smeg professional dishwashers has been designed with smooth surfaces and rounded corners that prevent the build-up of grease and dirt, thereby facilitating the cleaning process. These models do not require cleaning by hand at the end of the day, as they automatically drain the water from the tank and run a self-wash cycle.

Extremely comfortable to use and among the most silent in their class, these Smeg professional dishwashers have been designed to guarantee a high level of comfort. The unique automatic hood-raising device with an anti-drop mechanism makes the dishwasher easy to use, even for prolonged periods. More than 1700 plates an hour: Smeg dishwashers offer 30% higher theoretical productivity and can accommodate both standard 50x50 cm and special 60x50cm baskets. These hood models allow you to wash 16 32cm- diameter plates or 24 26cm-diameter plates at the same time, as well as trays, baking tins and large serving dishes.

The Steam Heat Recovery (SHR) device

REDUCED STEAM

- patented - recovers and condenses the steam that forms during the rinsing cycle and uses it to raise the intake water temperature by 10°C. The result is that the working environment is healthier and more comfortable and energy consumption is reduced.

By means of the special Drain Heat Recovery (DHR) device, patent pending - the wastewater heats the cold intake water increasing the temperature by about 20°C. Thanks to this and a series of technical solutions, the reduction in energy consumption is 40% higher than standard models on the market.
