MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
This range has been designed so that the water can be
sprayed onto the dishes from all angles by calibrating the
width, flow rate and pressure of the jets.
The hydraulic circuit guarantees a steady flow of water at
constant pressure preventing cavitation in order to ensure
silent operation and high-quality results.
The integrated filtering system holds the dirty water on the
bottom of the tank and the clean water is used for washing,
while the High Temperature Rinse system keeps the rinsing
water at a constant temperature for better hygiene and fast
drying.
HIGHLY PRACTICAL
The tank used in Smeg professional dishwashers has been
designed with smooth surfaces and rounded corners that
prevent the build-up of grease and dirt, thereby facilitating
the cleaning process. These models do not require cleaning
by hand at the end of the day, as they automatically drain the
water from the tank and run a self-wash cycle.

The automatic self-wash function at the end
of the washing cycle drains the water from
the tank and washes the chamber so that the

The osmosis treatment unit employs
reverse osmosis to produce large amounts
of demineralised and purified water
from which 99% of the salts, organic
substances and bacteria have been
eliminated.
The osmosis treatment unit is equipped
with flow and pressure control devices,
a membrane flushing circuit and an
electronic control panel with a conductivity
sensor that constantly monitors the water
qualit y.
DEMINERALISER
FILTERS ALL MINERAL SALTS
Ideal for preventing halos on cutlery
and glassware, the demineraliser
eliminates all of the mineral salts
contained in the water by means of
a mixed-bed resin column. An LED
indicates when it is time to replace
the column. This accessory, made of
AISI 316L stainless steel, dispenses
water at mains pressure and is
equipped with a water conductivity
meter.
Using the osmosis or demineraliser prevents impurities
from depositing on the surface of the dishes so that they
no longer need to be polished after drying.
