INSTRUCTIONS

Dear customer, congratulations on acquiring your new Sandwich Maker.

BEFORE FIRST USE

- Wipe the non-stick cooking plate with a clean wet cloth, and wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.

DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID

- Check the drip tray is clean, empty and in place under oil drip of bottom plate.

- Brush with a little cooking oil.

- The appliance may give off some smoke when you use it for the first time. This is normal.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

1. Read all instructions before using

2. Do not touch hot surface. Use handles or knobs.

3. To protect against risk of electric shock do not immerse cord, plug or unit in water or

other liquid.

4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Never leave appliance unattended.

5. Unplug form outlet when not in use, and allow t cool before cleaning

6. Do not operate any appliance with damaged cord or plug or after appliance has been

damaged in any manner. Call Consumer Service

7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by us may cause fire, electrical shock or personal injury

8. Dot not use let cord hangover edge of table or countertop, or touch hot surface, including the stove.

This appliance is for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. No use-serviceable parts inside. Do not attempt to service this product. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting form entanglement or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord may be used with care; however, the marked electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. The extension cord should not be allowed to drape over the counter or tabletop whether children can pull it on or tripped over.

POLARIZED PLUG

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug dose not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still dose not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way. If the plug fits loosely into the AC outlet, or if the AC outlet feels warm do not use that outlet.

HOW TO USE YOUR SANDWICH MAKER

1. Unlock the plates by gliding the clip.

2. Connect the plug to the mains socket. The power on light (red) will come on.

3. Preheat the unit with plates closed, when the ready light (green) come on the

temperature is reached.

4. Use the handle to lift the upper plate and place food on the bottom cooking plate by using wooden or plastic (heat resistant) utensils.

5. Close the upper plate. Do not apply any pressure.

6. When finished, carefully open the unit and remove the food by using wooden or plastic

(heat resistant) utensils.

7. Unplug the Sandwich maker and allow it to cool down when finished cooking. CAUTION: Do not touch hot surfaces, always use the handle. NOTE: Do not attempt to use the locking clip to lock the upper plate when there is food

between the plates. Do not use metal utensils as they will scratch and damage the nonstick coating.

COOKING TIPS

- The cooking times will depend on the type, thickness and volume of foods, whatever; you can increase the cooking times.

- Do not cook frozen food and do not attempt to defrost frozen food in the grill. All food must be fully and completely defrosted before cooking.

CLEANING

- Disconnect your appliance from the mains supply and allow cooling completely before cleaning.

- Use adjunct plastic scoop to remove stubborn stains.

- Wipe all surfaces with a clean, damp cloth.

NOTE: DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID

- Lock the plates by gliding the clip.

- Wash the drip tray in warm, soapy water or put this in the top rack of the dishwasher

Cher client, merci d’avoir acheté d’une nouvelle Maxi Grill.

AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION

- Nettoyez la plaque de cuisson antiadhésive avec un chiffon propre et humide et essuyez avec un chiffon sec et propre pour la sécher.

NE PLONGER JAMA‹S L’APPAREIL DANS L’EAU OU DANS L’AUTRE LIQUIDE.

- Vérifiez que si la poêle d’égouttement se trouvant en bas de l’égouttement de l’huilé situé en bas de la plaque inférieure est propre,vide et bien placée.

- Brossez avec un peu d’huile de cuisine

- Il peut arriver que l’appareil dégage une légère fumée lorsqu’il est utilisé pour la première fois.Ceci est tout à fait normal.

CONSERVEZ CES CONSIGNES

Cet appareil est conçu uniquement pour l’usage domestique.Il ne contient pas de pièces réparables pas l’utilisateur, ne tentez pas de réparer l’appareil.Un cordon d’alimentation court a été fournis pour réduire les dangers causés par les chutes et pour empêcher les noeuds d’un cordon long. Un câble d'extension peut être utilisée avec prudence, cependant, la tension indiquée doit bien correspondre avec celle de l’appareil.Il faut être attentif que le cordon d’extension ne d épasse pas du bord de la table ou du plan de travail ,pour éviter que les enfants ne le retirent pas ou ne tombent pas

Cet apareil a une fiche polarisée ( une broche est plus large que l’autre) Pour réduire le risque d’un choc électrique ,il a été visé que cette fiche s’emboite à la fiche polarisée une seule façon. Si la fiche ne s'insère pas parfaitement dans une prise, retournez-le. Si elle ne convient toujours pas, contactez un électricien qualifié. Ne pas tenter de modifier la fiche de quelque façon. Si la fiche est assis de manière lâche dans la prise secteur ou si la prise se réchauffe, ne pas l’utiliser.

MISE EN SERVICE

1. Faire des plaques déverouillées en glissant les clips

2. Brancher la fiche à la prise secteur. Le voyant d'alimentation (rouge) s'allument.

3. Etant fermé les plaques,laisser préchauffer l’unité de l’appareil , le voyant lumineux

vert s’allume quand la température de cuisson est atteint.

4. Utilisez la poignée pour retirer la plaque supérieure et en utilisant un ustensile en bois ou en plastique (résistant à la chaleur) placez les nourritures sur la plaque de cuisson inférieure.

5. Fermez la plaque supérieure. Ne pas appliquer la pression.

6. Ouvrez soigneusement l'unité lorsqu’elle est terminé de cuire et retirez les nourritures

en utilisant un ustensile de cuisine en bois ou en plastique (résistant à la chaleur).

7. Débranchez l’appareil et laissez le refroidir après la cuisson. ATTENTION : Ne pas toucher les surfaces chaudes,utiliser toujours la poignée REMARQUE : Ne pas essayer d’utiliser les clips de verouillage pour verouiller la plaque

supérieure quand il ya des nourritures entre les plaques.Ne pas utiliser d’ustensile métallique qui endommagera le revêtement antiadhésif

CONSEILS DE CUISSON

- La durée de cuisson dépend selon le type, l’épaisseur et la taille des nourritures,quoi qu’il soit, vous pouvez prolonger la durée de cuisson.

- Ne pas cuire ou réchauffer des aliments gelés sur la grille. Tous les aliments doivent être complètement à la température normale avant de les cuire.

NETTOYAGE

- Débranchez le cordon du secteur et laissez le refroidir complètement avant de le nettoyer

- Pour éliminer les taches tenaces, utilisez une pelle plastique.

- Nettoyez toutes les surfaces avec un chiffon humide propre

REMARQUE : NE PAS PLONGER DANS L’EAU OU DANS L’AUTRE LIQUIDE

- Verouillez les plaques en glisssant les clips.

- Lavez la poêle d’engouttement avec l’eau chaude savonneuse ou placez- la à l’étagère supérieure de lave –vaisselle.

GEBRUIK

Best klant, gefeliciteerd met de aanschaf van uw Maxigrill.

VOOR EERSTE GEBRUIK

-De anti-plaklaag met een vochtige doet afvegen en hierna met een droge doek afdrogen.

STOP HET APPARAAT NIET IN WATER OF ENIG ANDER VLOEISTOF.

-Controleer of de opvangbak op zijn plaats zit en geleegd is.

-Doe een beetje boter op beide vlakken van het apparaat.

-Er kan bij het eerste gebruik een lichte rook ontstaan, dit is normaal.

BELANGRIJKE WAARSCHUWINGEN.

Bij gebruik van een elektrisch apparaat moet u zowel het onderstaande als de gebruikelijke veiligheidsvoorschriften hanteren.

1. Lees voor gebruik alle aanwijzingen goed door.

2. Raak de warme oppervlakken niet aan. Pak het apparaat bij de handvaten vast.

3. Om stroomschokken te voorkomen mag u de stekker of het apparaat niet in water of

enig vloeistof dompellen.

4. Indien een elektrische apparaat door een kind gebruikt wordt, dient dit altijd onder toezicht van een volwassene te gebeuren..

5. Indien het apparaat niet gebruikt wordt dient het uit het stopcontact gehaald te worden. Wees er zeker van dat het apparaat is afgekoeld, voordat u het gaat schoonmaken.

6. Indien de kabel of het apparaat zelf beschadigingen vertoond dient u het niet te gebruiken. Neem in dit geval direct contact op met de leveranciers.

7. Gebruik van accessoires welk niet door ons zijn aanbevolen kan stroomschokken, brand of verwondingen tot gevolg hebben.

8. Zorg er voor dat de stroomkabel niet los hangt. Wees er tevens zeker van dat de kabel geen warme oppervlakten raakt.

9. Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van elektrische warmte-elementen, warme ovens of explosieve gassen.

10. Plaats het apparaat te allen tijde op een droge, stabiele en horizontale oppervlak.

11. Om het apparaat te gebruiken dient u gebruik te maken van een 230 Volt AC

stoppendoos. Om de stroom af te sluiten haalt u de stroomkabel uit het stopcontact.

12. Gebruik het apparaat alleen waarvoor het bestemd is.

13. Gebruik het apparaat alleen binnenshuis.

14. Om ervoor te zorgen dat er voldoende luchtcirculatie is moet u aan alle 4 de zijden

± 4 inch (10 cm) ruimte vrijlaten. Plaats nooit enig voorwerp op het apparaat wanneer deze in gebruik is.

Dit apparaat is alleen bestemd voor thuisgebruik. Er zijn geen onderdelen tbv onderhoudt of reparatie bijgesloten. Probeer het apparaat nooit zelf te repareren. Er is een korte stroomkabel bijgesloten, dit ivm het feit dat lange kabels gevaren zoals achter blijven haken etc kunnen veroorzaken. Een verlengsnoer dient alleen in uiterste gevallen met de meeste voorzichtigheid gebruikt te worden. Bij gebruik van een verlengsnoer moet u rekening houden met de voltage. U dient er bij het gebruik van een verlengsnoer rekening mee te houden dat er niemand aan het snoer kan blijven haken.

GEAARD SNOER

Dit apparaat is voorzien van een geaarde snoer. Om stroomschokken te voorkomen is het snoer zo ontwikkeld dat de ene stekker langer is dan de ander. Om stroomschokken te voorkomen is het dusdanig ontwikkeld dat de ene stop alleen op zijn eigen plaats past. Indien de stop niet in precies in de stop past moet u hem omdraaien. Indien het nog steeds niet past moet u contact opnemen met een elektricien. Probeer op geen enkele manier zelf de stekker aan passen. Indien de kabel in de AC stoppendoos losjes zit of de stoppendoos warm wordt moet u dit stopcontact niet gebruiken.

HOE DE TOSTI-TOASTER TE GEBRUIKEN

1. Maak de vastzet clip los zodat de anti-plaklagen vrijkomen.

2. Stop de stekken in het stopcontact. De stroomindicator zal gaan branden (rood).

3. Laat de anti-plaklagen gesloten en verwarm op deze manier het apparaat. Wanneer

het apparaat genoeg opgewarmd is zal het lampje, gereed voor gebruik, gaan branden (groen).

4. Til de bovenkant middels het handvat op en plaats het te bereiden voedselwaar op het ondervlak door gebruik van hittebestendig keukengerei.

5. Sluit het bovenste anti-plaklaag, voer geen druk uit.

6. Wanneer u van mening bent dat het voedingswaar gereed is moet u het apparaat weer

openen. Haal het gereed zijnde product uit het apparaat door gebruik te maken van keukengerei wat hittebestendig is.

7. Indien u klaar bent, haal dan de tosti-toaster uit het stopcontact en laat hem afkoelen.

LET OP : Raak warme vlakken niet aan. Gebruik altijd geschikte hulpmiddelen.
