With the SIDRIVE IQ Drive System Analyzer, you can conveniently access the relevant
data from your motors and converters nearly anytime and anywhere. The cloudbased solutions for data analysis process the data collected, which then allows you to
monitor and analyze the status and performance of your drive systems and derive a
variety of optimization measures.
Prerequisites
Hardware
Web browser
This application is only compatible with data provided through a Drive System
Connect Nano, Micro or Rack module, a SIMOTICS Connect 600 module or a
SINAMICS Connect 500 module.
An HTML5 capable internet browser is required. Latest versions of Google Chrome,
Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge are supported. Google Chrome is recommended.
The preferred screen resolution is 1024x768 or higher. Mobile devices are supported
using an HTML5 capable web browser.
Description
General This application provides for up to five users the following views of data obtained
from your Assets:
· General overview: Statistics regarding the state of health, operating and
efficiency
· Chart overview: Graphical representation and curves of individual data
points and reference values (e. g. time series)
· Log view: Overview of historical events (e. g. status, alarms, faults)
· Info view: Information about the Asset itself (e. g. type plate) and Siemens

The content and scope of views may vary depending on which Asset type is
connected.

Application permissions
This application is operated in a data center in Germany (Frankfurt) and processes
the following data:
· Time series data which includes the variables received from an Asset within
defined continuous time cycles.
· Asset configuration data which describes the Asset (e.g. Asset name, location).
This application performs the following activities which modify or amend Your
Content in your SIDRIVE IQ Account on your behalf:
· Read and write access on your time series data:
This application reads uploaded data from your data repository to evaluate and
process certain information presented in different views within this application.
This application writes time series data into your time series data repository to
keep the processed values available on a long-term basis.
· Read access on your Asset configuration data:
Read access on your Asset configuration data is required in order to use all
functionalities of this application.

The subscription fee for SIDRIVE IQ Drive System Analyzer is charged monthly in
advance, starting with the onboarding of the Asset.
of the preceding Subscription Term, the subscription automatically renews with a
Subscription Term of one year until terminated by you or us for convenience at least
three months in advance. The termination shall become effective at the end of the
month. We inform you about a termination by sending a message to the email
address provided to us. Your termination has to be addressed to
sidrive-iq.industry@siemens.com.
We may change or add new fees (collectively referred to as “Fee Change”)
due to and to the extent required to reflect: (i) changes in the quality or
functionalities of the Service; (ii) material changes in market conditions; (iii)
general increases in wages or other employment costs; and/or (iv) changes in
procurement costs due to price changes made by our suppliers, in each case to the
extent that the changes affect our provision of the agreed Service. We will notify you
of any Fee Change at least 60 days in advance of the effective date of the Fee Change.
When ordering the corresponding MLFB, the customer will receive the services of
SIDRIVE IQ Drive System Analyzer free of charge for the first three (3) months. During
this test phase, the services will be provided in the actual state, excluding any
warranty and liability for service quality. The customer may terminate the contract at
any time during the trial period to the end of the trial period. The notice of
termination must reach Siemens no later than 30 days before the end of the test
phase, otherwise the test phase will automatically be transferred into a fee-based
contract with a term of one year.

During online monitoring, you shall ensure that nothing directly or indirectly
impedes the state of the installation or the running of this application (e.g. removal
of a connection cable, switching off any instruments or switching off the Asset
itself).
