PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO THE DRUM BY THE DRUM SEPARATOR PAWL (TO IMPROVE PICTURE QUALITY).

1.Model name: SF-2116/ SF-21 18/ SF-1016/SF-1018.

2.General: The drum separator pawl spring load has been changed to improve picture quality (to

prevent damage to the drum by the drum separator pawl).

3.Description: (1) The spring load of the drum separator pawl has been changed to a lighter load. (Old)9.8g (New)6.5g. Separator pawl spring Separator pawl spring. MSPRC1812FCZZ MSPRC2025FCZZ.

MSPRC2025FCZZ ∗ The new springs have been spray painted red. (the same as the SF-2022 line).

(2) The products described below have been included in the shipping boxes with the

machines which have undergone the changes described above.

Product name: SFDR15, SF216DR, SF216DM.

New equipment and added parts:CSPRC2025FC31 MSPRC2025FCZZ x 2 (separator pawl SPUN) (Separator pawl spring)

UBAGF0047FCZZ x 1 bag (Separator pawl spring bag)

When the drum is replaced, the separator pawl spring should also be replaced in the drum unit included in the package with the separator pawl spring.
