AVOIDING CRACKS IN THE BELT ROLLER HOLDER

1.Model name: SF-A54

2.General: Vibration in a course of product shipment might cause to crack the belt roller

holder of SF-A54 in t he bottom stack . To avoid this, the belt roller hol der is increased of its strength with a change is met for the packing material.

3.Cause: The SF-A54 cartons are laid in stack in the warehouse and in a course of shipment. If cartons are laid in the maximum stack of seven cartons, the bottom carton is exposed to the weight of 100Kg, which added to the belt roller holder through the cardboard of the carton. Among all, damage may be given by vibration in course of the transition lai d in stack.

4.Description: Not only the strength i s increased for the belt roller holder, but also a c ut is made to the area where it comes in contact with the cardboard to escape from the load.
