IMPROVEMENT TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE PAPER FEED UNIT CONNECTING ARM

2.General: If the paper feed roller were to lock due to an unknown reason, the connection arm

Z50, Z55, Z72, Z75, Z76, Z77, SF-6100

(P/G 7 -24) might be damaged or the 16T gearwheel might come out of the engagement. To prevent this, the following changes are met.

3.Description: (1) 16T gearwheel material change When the paper feed roller locks, the 16T gear is

caused to jump over teeth to avoid damage. (Current) (New) NGERH0383FCZZ NGERH0383FCZ1 (opaque) (half transparent)

(2) Rib added to the connection arm to prevent the 16T gearwheel from disengaging.

With the new parts, the location of the pawl changed from lower to upper area.
