ENERGY SAVE MODE

CONTROL PANEL

Dear Customer,

Your oven comes set for the energy save mode. When you plug the oven in, nothing will appear on the display at this time.

To operate the oven with Energy Save Mode

1. Open the door. The oven display will show “SELECT LANGUAGE” in 5 languages. You can place the food in the oven for cooking.

2. Close the door and press the STOP button. The display will show “ .0”. NOTE: At this time German is selected initially. If you want to change the language, press the LANGUAGE button. Set the cooking mode and cooking time and start the cooking progress (please refer to the operation manual.).

3. Remove the food from the oven after the audible signal sounds.

4. If you do nothing for 3 minutes after the preceeding operation, i.e. plugging in, closing the door or pressing the STOP button, or at the end of cooking the power will go off automatically.

5. To restore the power on, open the door.

If you set the clock, energy save mode does not work.

(How to set the clock you will find in the operation manual.)

2. Adjust the display to 0 by

rotating the TIMER/WEIGHT knob.

1. Press the CLOCK SETTING button.

3.Press the +1 min /START button.

The power will be off and the display will show nothing.

Example: To change from clock set mode (stand-by operation) to Energy Save Mode.

Make sure the correct time appears on the display.

Rotate the dial so that indicator points to appropriate symbol:

for microwave cooking

for microwave cooking with GRILL

for microwave cooking with CONVECTION

for GRILL

for CONVECTION

12 CONVECTION button

Press to change the convection temperature.

13 TIMER/WEIGHT knob

Rotate the knob to enter either the cooking/defrosting time or weight of food.

14 + 1 min /START button 15 STOP button 16 CLOCK SETTING button 17 MICROWAVE POWER LEVEL button

Press to change the microwave power setting.

18 EXPRESS COOK button 19 LESS/MORE buttons
