DESCRIPTION
The VB027ASP is a high voltage power integratedcircuits made using STMicroelectronics Vertical Intelligent Power Technology, with vertical current flow power darlington and logic level compatibledriving circuits.
Built-in protection circuits for coil current limiting and collector voltage clamping allows the VB027ASP to be used as a smart, high voltage, high current interface in advanced electronic ignitionsystems.
