MONTAGE LÜFTEREINHEIT FÜR EM 1046 MF ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPTIONAL FAN UNIT

KURZBESCHREIBUNG

Die Lüftereinheit EM 1046 FA wird in das EM 1046 MF Gehäuse montiert. Hierzu ist das Gerät spannungslos zu schalten, sämtliche Steckverbindungen sind zu lösen.

Das Montageset der Lüftereinheit EM 1046 FA besteht aus folgenden Teilen:

-Lüftereinheit (mit Steuerplatine)

-8 x Linsenschrauben M4x8 (23004)

-8 x Federscheiben (26063)

-2 x Schottdichtungen (50917)

-Einbauanleitung

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The fan unit EM 1046 FA must be mounted in the housing of the EM 1046 MF. The fan unit must herefore be idle and all connections must be loosened.

The assembly-set of the fan unit EM 1046 FA consists of the following parts:

-fan (with control board)

-8 pcs. oval-headed screw M4x8 (23004)

-8 pcs. spring washer (26063)

-2 pcs. seal (50917)

-mounting instructions

MONTAGE:

1.Hintere Abdeckbleche (1) entfernen; dazu Madenschrauben (2) lösen und Abdeckbleche entnehmen.

2.Unteres Deckelblech entnehmen; dazu 4 Kreuzschlitzschrauben (3) des rückwärtigen Rahmen (4) lösen und Deckelblech anheben. Erdungskabel lösen und Deckelblech entnehmen.

ASSEMBLY:

1.Remove rear cover plates (1) by loosening grub screws (2).

2.Remove lower cover plate. Loosen 4 Philips screws (3) of the rear frame (4) and lift cover plate. Loosen earthing cable and remove cover plate.

3.Vorbereitung der Lüftereinheit; dazu Schottdichtung (5) auf Lüftereinheit kleben.

Bei nicht vollständig bestücktem Gerät zusätzlich Schottdichtung (6) auf Lüftereinheit kleben (Position abhängig von Anzahl und Position der bestückten Empfängermodule EM 1046 RX). Die Schottdichtung soll die Bypass-Wirkung eines nicht bestückten Steckplatzes verhindern (hier Beispiel für EM 1046 MF mit 5 x EM 1046 RX von links bestückt).

3.Preparation of the fan unit: for this stick seal (5) on the fan unit.

If the fan unit is not completely equipped stick additional seal (6) on the fan unit (position depends on number and position of the equipped receiver modules EM 1046 RX). The seal has to supress the bypass effect of an unequipped compartment (Example for an EM 1046 MF being equipped from the left with five EM 1046 RX).
