The ADN-W MIC gooseneck microphones are detachable and available with different capsules and in different lengths. The ADN-W MIC 15 variants are equipped with a Sennheiser super-cardioid capsule whereas the ADN-W MIC 36 versions include the famous Sennheiser ME 36 hyper-cardioid capsule. All microphones provide excellent speech intelligibility and support long speaking distances.

ARCHITECT‘S SPECIFICATION

The detachable gooseneck microphone shall be designed for use with the ADN-W C1 and ADN-W D1 wireless conference units.

The microphone shall provide excellent speech intelligibility and shall support long speaking distances. The microphone shall be available with a super-cardioid or a hyper-cardioid capsule. The frequency response of the super-cardioid microphone shall be 190 to 14,500 Hz, sensitivity at 1 kHz shall be 38 mV/Pa and maximum sound pressure level shall be 120 dB.

The super-cardioid microphone shall be available in two lengths: 390 mm (15.35") and 500 mm (19.69"). The hyper-cardioid microphone shall have a frequency response ranging from 40 to 20,000 Hz and a sensitivity of 18 mV/Pa at 1 kHz.

The maximum sound pressure level of the hyper-cardioid microphone shall be 130 dB. The hyper-cardioid microphone shall be available in lengths of 290 mm (11.42") and 500 mm (19.69").

The weight of the microphone shall range from 98 g (0.22 lbs) to 116 g (0.26 lbs). The operating temperature shall range from +5 °C to +45 °C (+41 °F to +113°F), operating relative humidity shall be from 20 to 80 percent.

The super-cardioid gooseneck microphone shall be the Sennheiser ADN-W MIC 15, the hyper-cardioid version shall be the Sennheiser ADN-W MIC 36.
