■HOW TO USE 1. 3 hands without date

Pull out the crown when the second hand is at the 12 o'clock position. The second hand will stop on the spot.
If the crown is of the screw lock type, unscrew the crown by turning it counterclockwise, and then pull it out.

Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the desired time.
The mechanism of the quartz watch is different from that of the mechanical one. To set the time accurately, first turn the minute hand 4 to 5 minutes ahead of the desired time and then return it to the correct time.

Push the crown back in to the normal position in accordance with a time signal for "00" seconds. The second hand will start moving immediately.
If the crown is of the screw lock type, screw it in completely by turning it clockwise while pressing it.
*The telephone time signal service (TEL.117) is helpful in setting the second hand.

First, set the date.
Pull out the crown to the first click. (Note that the second hand keeps moving)
If the crown is of the screw lock type, unscrew the crown by turning it counterclockwise, and then pull it out.

Pull out the crown to the second

Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the desired
time.
When setting the hour hand, check that AM/PM is correctly set, as the date is designed to change once in 24 hours.
