Introduction
This manual contains a complete listing of ND-Series (Grade 1) cylindrical lock parts and assemblies manufactured by the
Schlage Lock Company. This edition lists components of ND-Series locks manufactured afer February, 2017.
This manual provides exploded views of each lock chassis and trim assembly with an accompanying chart to identify parts for
replacement purposes, along with lock trim ordering procedures, general cylinder information, and all auxiliary components of
the ND-Series cylindrical locks.

Changes and additions
• Deadlatch 13-047 (2C\v" backset, square corner) and 13-049 (electrified deadlatch) are replaced by 13-247. Springlatch
13-048 (2
• Electrified functions ND12EL/EU, ND80EL/EU and ND96EL/EU are upgraded with an electric motor assembly replacing
the solenoid and clip. Keycams N123-024 and N123-025 are replaced by keycam N223-066.
• Spring cage assembly and lever upgrades affect all spring cages, all levers, the chassis adjustment plate, interior buttons
and plunger assemblies.
• New component and assembly part numbers are indicated with a "" symbol and highlighted in gray throughout this
manual.
