You can watch 1Seg terrestrial digital broadcast for portable and mobile
devices that is available within Japan.
■Antenna
Deteriorated image, poor image or sound quality or reception failure may
occur in mountainous areas, near buildings, in underpasses, in tunnels, or
indoors because of poor TV reception. Try the following to improve the
reception of the radio wave:
• Extend the W64SA Antenna (for TV (1Seg)/EZ・FM)
to locate the direction for the best reception.
•
When you are indoors, take your W64SA as close to a
window as possible.

• Perform initialization before using the service. If you have not performed
initialization yet, see page 18.
• If the battery level changes to "" during use of TV (1Seg), a message
is displayed and TV ends automatically.
• The amount of time that the W64SA can be left in continuous operation is

Remote Ctrl Lock
In Case You Lose Your W64SA
The Remote Ctrl Lock function enables you to turn on Auto Lock, FeliCa
Lock and AddressBookLock through remote operation so that no one
else can use your W64SA.

Setting Remote Ctrl Lock Activation Conditions
Receiving certain number of calls from the previously registered phone
number within the previously configured time period activates Auto Lock,
FeliCa Lock and AddressBookLock.

Remote Ctrl Lock is activated and an announcement to that

Even if you did not set the Remote Ctrl Lock in advance, you can turn on
Auto Lock, FeliCa Lock and AddressBookLock remotely by calling the
au Customer Service Center or performing a specified procedure from
PC. This service is free of charge.

The W64SA supports Global Passport GSM function using au IC-Card.
Global Passport GSM is an international roaming service that allows you to
connect to the world by simply inserting your au IC-Card into a GSM mobile

needed. Charges for overseas calls are billed together with monthly domestic
calling charges.

This service saves the data that is on your W64SA.
Bluetooth® Wireless Technology
The W64SA can perform wireless communication with other equipment such
as PCs, printers and hands-free devices that support Bluetooth

By simply holding the W64SA up to a Reader/Writer (external device), your
phone can be used for shopping with a credit card and/or e-money, as a
members' card, point card, and for receiving coupon information.
