Power
Be sure to connect the power connection port to the power adapter offered with the phone.
To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock hazard, or damage to the phone, do not use power adaptors other than the one supplied together with the phone.
Do not use damaged power plug or cord, or loose outlet.
Failure to do so may cause fire or electric shock.
Do not pull or bend the power plug by force. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
Failure to do so may cause damage to the power cord, fire or electric shock.
Pull out the power plug and brush it with a cloth if the contact surface with power plug pins is dusty or gets wet. Contact the service center if the foreign materials or water is not removed even after brushing.

Installation/Maintenance
Pull out the power plug when the phone is not used for a long time.
Failure to do so may cause fire or electric shock.
Do not place vases, flowerpots, cosmetics, or medicine, which contain water, near the phone.
Failure to do so may cause fire or electric shock.
Do not place the phone in the dusted area or a heating source (like light, heater).
Failure to do so may cause fire or electric shock.
Do not use or store flammable spray or materials near the phone.
Failure to do so may cause fire or electric shock.
Do not connect the LAN cable with PC and LAN ports simultaneously.
Network may be jammed.
Pull out the LAN cable and the power plug at once and contact the service center if unusual sound, smell, or smoke comes out.

Installation/Maintenance
Be sure to connect the LAN cable linked to network to the LAN connection port of the phone, not to the PC­connection port of the phone.
If the LAN cable is connected to the PC connection port, the phone or PC communication will be out of service.
Clean the phone with a soft and dry cloth when cleaning. Do not spray water directly or do not use chemical solvents such as wax, benzene, alcohol, thinner, mosquito spray, aerosol, lubricant, and detergent.
The use of those chemical solvents may cause the phone’s surface to be discolored.
Do not put a heavy material on the phone.
Failure to do so may cause the damage to the parts of the phone and the phone to be out of order.
Do not turn off the power while the phone is upgrading its software.
Failure to do so interrupts the upgrades by stopping the operation of the phone.
Do not place the phone under direct sunlight.
Failure to do so may cause the damage to the parts of the phone and the phone to be out of order.
Do not separate, repair, or remodel at your discretion.
Contact the retailer or the service center if repair needs.

Main Functions
Network
The ITP-5100V phone can use a present data network for voice and video communication. Companies and individuals using international calls frequently can save phone charges, because this phone uses the data network.
LCD Screen
The ITP-5100V phone displays many functions on the LCD screen that user may use the [Navigation] button and the
[Enter] button simply to control the unit.
Navigation Button
You can observe functions of the ITP-5100V phone (Phonebook, E-diary, Message, Sound/Volume, Conference, Video, My Phone, and Setting) by icons or through Menu on the LCD display, and control them with the Navigation Buttons.
Speed Button
After setting the functions or phone numbers with frequent use to the Add On Module(AOM) button, you can use the functions or dial the numbers only by pressing the speed button.

Call Pick-Up
You can pick up a call to other phone into yours.
Auto-Redial
You can use the functions of auto-redial, call waiting, and call queuing right after a call is completed if you want to use the functions during a call.
Call Hold
If an urgent matter arises or an urgent call arrives while you are on the line, you can put the caller on hold and resume the call after a while.
Conference Call
You can make a conference call up to 5 persons.
Call Forwarding
You can forward an incoming call to another extension number when you cannot answer the call.
Do Not Disturb (DND)
You can set DND if you don’t want to answer the phone. Then, bell does not ring even when a call is connected.
Paging
You can use this function when you deliver an urgent message. The function enables you to announce your message via the speakers of other phones or external speakers without notifying one by one.

Functions of Each Part
Button Functions
LCD Screen The LCD screen consists of the Status and the Main
screens.
- The setup status of phone function is displayed as icons on the upper part of the LCD screen.
- The LCD main screen, except the status screen, displays available menus, call process status, or various messages.

Camera This button is used for video conversation.
Status Indicator The red LED indicates the status of the phone such as
busy, ringing, receiving internal message.
Screen/PIP Button - Standby mode: Whenever pressing the button, the screen
changes in the order of AOM, Soft Menu, and Background.
- Status during video conversation: Whenever pressing the button, the position of the PIP (Picture In Picture) screens changes.
- Status during voice conversation: You can select either the AOM or the Soft Menu screen.
Volume Button This button is used to adjust the volume of the handset,
the speaker, or the button tone.
- Press the button to adjust the button tone in the standby mode.
- Press the button to adjust the handset volume while lifting the handset.
- Press the button to adjust the speaker volume speaker phone mode.

Button Functions
Scroll/Enter Button
This button performs the same function as [][] of Navigation when selecting functions. You can see the menus or contents of the next page that is not displayed on the current screen by scrolling the key up and down.
You can select a menu by pressing the Scroll button as with the Enter button.
Camera Off Button
If you press the Camera Off button once to disable the video sending during video conversation in which case this setting applies only to the current call. If you press the Camera Off button once in the standby mode, and it applies to all of the next calls. To release this function, press the Camera Off once again in the standby mode.
Transfer Button This button is used to transfer a busy call or enter function
to button on the AOM screen.
Navigation Button This button is used to control Phonebook, E-diary,
Message, Sound/Volume, Conference, Video, My Phone, and Setting.
Microphone This button is used to call via the speaker.
Hold Button This button is used to hold a current call.
Speaker Button This button is used to call via the speakerphone, not use
the headset.
Dial Button This button is used to enter numbers and characters..
Speaker You can hear caller’s voice or various incoming rings via
the speaker.
Standby mode indicates the case that the handset is not lifted.

Installing the phone
Connecting the Phone

Connect the headset to headset connection port of your phone.

Connect either end of LAN cable, supplied with the set, in PC connection port
of your phone and the other end to the network port of PC.

Connect the LAN cable linked to network in LAN connection port of your
phone.
Never connect the LAN cable linked to network in both PC ( ) and LAN ( ) ports simultaneously, which may paralyze network.

Connect power adaptor provided with the phone, to the power connection port
of your phone. Insert its plug to the outlet. Now, the phone starts to boot.

If you want to record call, connect recorder to recorder connection port at the
bottom of the phone.
Installing the Support
If you want to use the phone support, insert ends of the support upward in both grooves at the bottom of the phone as shown in the figure below.
