Timer operation
USING
THE
SCALE
TO
CONVERT
WEIGHT
UNITS

If
using a bowl place
on
the platform before
switching
the
scale on.
2)
Press
'ON-ZERO'
until
the
display
illuminates.
3)
Wait
until
the
display shows zero.
To
convert
between grams (g), pounds and
ounces
(lb.Qz), milliliters (ml) and fluid
ounces
(f1.oz)
press
'UNIT'
buttonatany time during
weighing.
Note:-The room temperature
will
automatically
showOFwheninthe
imperial (lb:ozlfl.oz)
weighing
mode
and°Cwheninthe
metric
(kglglml) weighing mode.

USING
THE
AQUATRONIC®
FEATURE
TO
MEASURE
LIQUID
INGREDIENTS
The
AquatroniC® liquid measure featureissuitable for
all
water
based liquids, including wine, milk,
stock, cream etc.
Note:
Oils have a lower specific gravity, which
will
resultina volume reading of approx +I
0%.
If
measuring oilsbyvolumeonthis scale, please adjust
for
this accordingly.
TO
ADD
AND
WEIGH
To
weigh several different ingredients, press
'ON-ZERO'
to
reset
the
display between each ingredient.
TO
OPERATETHETIMER
I.
Switch
the
scaleonthen
press
the
'STARl:STOP'
buttontoobtain a
00:00
displayinthe
clock window.
2.
Press
the
'SET'
buttontoincrease the countdown time (from Ito99 minutes) -
either
use a
single presstoadvance
one
minuteata time -orpress and holdtoadvance continuously until
buttonisreleased.

Press the ·START-.STOP' buttontostart
the countdown.The timer symbol (!)
will
now
be
displayed.
4.
The timer display
will
show both minutes and seconds when counting down.
5.
When
the countdown reaches
00:00
the alarm
will
sound for I minute.
6.
The
'STARTMSTOP'
button can be pressedtosilence
the
alarm.
7.
During countdown the·STAR-r:.STOP' button can be pressedtopause and restart
the
countdownasrequired.
8.
To
reset the timer press and hold the ·STAR-r:.STOP' buttontoreturn
to
00:00.
9.
The
display
will
automatically reverttoclock modeifthe
timerisnot
used for I minute
if
00:00
shows for I minute.

TO
SET
THE
CLOCK
I.
Locate the
'CLOCK
SET' button on the
undersideofthe product. Press once.
2.
The hour digits
will
flash.
3.
Press the 'STAR-r:.STOP' buttontomove
up
through the hours.
4. Confirmbypressing the 'SET' button.
5.
Now the minute
digits
will
flash.
6.
Repeat steps 3 and 4toset
the minutes.
Note:The
dockis24hours.
To
maximize battery
life:
Press and hold the
'ON-ZERO'
button for
2 seconds to switch the scale and timer off
at
any
time.
CLEANING
AND
CARE
Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth.
DO
NOT immerse the scaleinwateroruse
chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.

Press ON-ZERO.
Do not disposeofbatteriesinfire. Batteries
may
explodeorleak. Do not mix Alkaline,
carbon~zinc
(standard)orNickel"Cadmium
