JS-300-J DOLLY TONGUE JACK

APPLICATION:
Recommended for converter dollies, trailers and single jack requirements.
FEATURES:
Heavy tubular construction with top crank and steel swivel caster with shock
absorption capabilities. Other foot options available.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Static Load Capacity: 1,200 lbs.
Lift Capacity: 6,000 lbs.
Crank Turns Per Inch of Travel: 4

Wheel Size: 5" diameter
Weight: 36 lbs.
INSTALLATION:
1. Use a mounting structure of sufficient strength to support the rated capacity.
2. Use the hole pattern described on the reverse.
3. Use (4) 1/2" grade 8 fasteners, properly tightened.
4. Provide ample crank swing clearance.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To Lower Jack:
Crank the leg down using the crank provided. Crank with a counter clockwise rotation until the caster is
firmly on the ground and the drawbar eye is at the desired height.
2. To Raise Jack:
Crank the leg up using the crank provided. Crank with a clockwise rotation until maximum road clearance has been obtained.
CAUTION: When raising the jack, be sure the tow bar eye is properly supported.
MAINTENANCE:
For proper performance, the following maintenance steps should be performed every 3 months or sooner
under severe conditions.
1. Clean and check for proper operation. Inspect for worn, damaged or missing parts. Replace as required
using only Holland parts.
2. Lubricate the inner and outer leg by applying grease through the two grease fittings in the outer leg and
one grease fitting on the inner leg. Lubricate the caster axle with a light oil.
3. Check mounting fasteners for proper torque.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. Do not modify or add to the product.
2. Wear safety goggles during installation and removal.
3. Never strike any part of the item with a steel hammer.
4. Do not weld on this product without written consent from the factory.
