Installing Easy Media Creator
Optional requirements
The following list outlines the optional requirements for Easy Media Creator 8:

For burning: Multi-media compliant CD- or DVD-recordable or rewritable drive

For digital video capture: OHCI compliant IEEE 1394 FireWire® card (for use with a DV
Camera) or video capture device

Installing Easy Media Creator
Follow this procedure to install Easy Media Creator 8.
To install Easy Media Creator 8:
1Insert the Easy Media Creator 8 Program CD into your CD or DVD drive.
If Autorun is enabled on your computer, the Easy Media Creator 8 installation window
appears automatically and you can skip step 2 and step 3.

4Follow the installation instructions that appear on the screen.
Depending on the type of install you select (Typical, Custom, or Complete) you may need

from the CD as you need them.
