CUSTOMER BENEFITS
Keeping a pipeline clean is necessary not only for
maintaining constant flow rates, and thus reducing
operating costs, but also for extending asset lifetime.
In addition, it is essential as preparation for ecient
pipeline inspections. ROSEN’s Easy Clean™ tool is a
modular, bi-directional disc model for general cleaning
and pre-commissioning applications.
THE ROSEN ADVANTAGE
Based on the leading polyurethane (PU) technology of
RoPlasthan® with products featuring a
•10–15 % increase in tensile strength and tear
resistance and a
•30–50 % reduction in abrasion loss over the entire
shore hardness range
we have developed the cost ecient state-of-the-art pipe
cleaning tools: Easy Clean™.
THE BASIC CONFIGURATION
Available in the pipe diameter range from 4” to 56”, this
versatile and unique tool provides the following key
features:
•long operating life due to highly resistant RoPlasthan®
materials
•1.5 D bend-radius passing ability for the standard
version
•3.0 D bend-radius passing ability for the long-run
version
•operating temperature range -40 to +80 °C, optional
up to +120 °C
•sturdy design, ease of maintenance
•comprehensive basic configuration including all
essentials
•modular design to accommodate a variety of specific
applications
In its basic configuration, Easy Clean™ can be used for
most pipeline cleaning applications such as batching,
general cleaning and removal of liquids. Its modular
structure enables additional applications, notably
heavy-duty-cleaning and wax removal, ferrous debris
elimination and gauging. It is also an ideal tool for
pipeline precommissioning.
