To prevent electrical shock, disconnect from power source before installing or servicing. Install in suitable enclosure. Keep
free from contaminants.

Install new
retaining ring

Remove handle and mechanism bracket

Remove and discard

Install defeater bracket

discard old pin
and washer

ATTENTION: CHECK FOR PROPER OPERATION . Upon completion of the

pin replacement, if further adjustments are needed see instruction sheet(s)*
included with the pin replacement kit.
* 30A - 200A use 42052-151-01
* 400A use 42052-159-01
* 600A use 42052-191-01

During pin replacement, make sure both handle and disconnect switch are
either in the “ON” position or “OFF” position for ease of installation.
