these instructions - they have been written to ensure you get the very best from your
purchase.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

CAUTION

Read these safety instructions thoroughly before connecting this product to the mains
supply. Before switching on, make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the same
as that indicated on the rating plate. This product is designed to operate on 230VAC 50Hz.
Connecting it to any other power source may cause damage.
If the plug has to be changed because it is not suitable for your socket, or due to damage,
it should be brought to a Service Center or to your dealer.

PRODUCT SAFETY

When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be
observed, including the following:

• Remove the Hand Blender and all enclosed accessories from the box.

• Remove all of the packing materials carefully and completely.

• Read all instructions carefully and completely, before operating. Retain them for future
use.

• To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug, or motor unit of hand
blender in water or other liquid.

• Close supervision is necessary when appliances are used by or near children.

• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance
malfunctions, is dropped or is damaged in any manner. Examination of this unit by an
appliance service professional is obligatory in any of the aforementioned instances.

• The use of accessories other than the ones provided with this unit is strongly discouraged,
as it may cause injuries, damage the unit, or void the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Do not use this unit outdoors.

• Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

• Do not place this unit on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven. Do not
place the unit near other hot surfaces such as an oven or stove.

• Keep hands, knives and utensils away from moving blades.

• Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.

WARNING - DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
CAUTION - THE PROCESSING BLADE IS EXTREMELY SHARP, HANDLE WITH CARE.

Before First Use

Before using the Hand Blender for the first time, clean the detachable shaft and the
accessories under running water to remove any packaging dust. Dry all parts carefully
afterwards.

Never switch on the Hand Blender before you have placed it in the mixing beaker or
other mixing vessel. The sharp blades of the stainless steel knives can cause injury if
this is adhered to.

How to operate your whisk

Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and
mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This appliance is equipped with an electronic speed controller.
When the speed control wheel is turned to the right the speed is increased, and reduced
when turned to the left.
For the best results, follow the guide below:

High speed:

a) to prepare baby food
b) to puree fruit and vegetables
c) to blend sauces and light omelette mixtures
d) to whip cream
e) to chop meat, herbs and nuts

Low speed:

f) to mix shakes/drinks
g) to whisk liquids, egg white and cream

Before chopping …

Pre-cut meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, chills (see processing guide )
Remove stalks from herbs, un-shell nuts
Remove bones, tendons and gristle from meet.

For best results, please refer to the settings recommended in the processing guide.

1.Insert the whisk(F) into the whisk gear box(E), then insert the motor part(A) into the gear
box until it locks.

2.Place the whisk in a vessel and only then, press switch(B) to operate it.

For best results:

Use a wide vessel.
Only whip up to 400ml chilled cream
(min. 30% fat content, 4-8?c).
Only whip up to 4 egg whites.
Move the whisk clockwise.

How to operate your chopper attachment

The chopper is perfectly suited for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots,
walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.

N.B.:
Do not chop extremely hard food, such as nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.

Chopping

1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade (B). Caution: the blade is very sharp!

Always hold it by the upper plastic part.

2. Place the blade on the centre pin of the chopper bowl (I). Always place the chopper

bowl in the anti-slip base (D).

3. Place the food in the chopper bowl (I).

4. Put the chopper gear box (G) on the chopper bowl (I).

5. Insert the motor part (A) into the gear box until it locks.

6. Press switch (B) to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor part with

one hand and the chopper bowl with the other.

7. After use, first remove the motor part (A), then the chopper gear box (G)

8. Carefully take out the blade.

9. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl (I).

WARNINGS

The exclamation point within the triangle is a warning sign alerting the user of
important instructions accompanying the product.

The lightening flash with arrowhead symbol within the triangle is a warning sign
alerting the user of “dangerous voltage” inside the unit.

To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover. No user serviceable
parts inside the unit. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.

Do not run the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute at the lowest
speed. Allow it to cool down properly before using it again.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the Hand blender

Your Hand blender should be cleaned every time for best performance and longer life.

1. Unplug the Hand blender and allow it to cool down.

2. Before cleaning the appliance always disconnect it from mains!

Clean the motor part(A) and the whisk gear box (E) with a damp cloth only. The
chopper gear box (G) may be rinsed under the tap, but do not immerse it in water.

CAUTION - THE SHAFT BLADE IS VERY SHARP, USE EXTREME CARE WHEN WASHING.

This appliance conforms with the CE directives for radio interference suppression and low
voltage safety and has been built to meet current safety requirements.

ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT

HINWEIS
Diese Sicherheitsanweisung vollständig durchlesen bevor man dies Produkt an das
Stromnetz anschließt.

Sich vor dem Einschalten des Gerätes versichern, dass die Spannung des lokalen Netzes
die gleiche ist, wie auf der Geräteplakette angegeben ist. Dies Produkt ist für den Betrieb
mit 230VAC 50Hz entwickelt worden. Schließt man es an eine andere Stromquelle an, kann
das zu Schäden am Gerät führen. Sollte der Netzstecker/Kabel ausgewechselt werden
müssen, da er nicht zur Steckdose passt oder beschädigt sein, muss das Auswechseln
durch ein autorisiertes Servicecenter zu erfolgen sein.

PRODUKTSICHERHEIT

Jedes Mal, wenn man mit elektrischen Geräten arbeitet, müsste man immer die

• Sich vor elektrischen Schlägen schützen, das Kabel oder den Netzstecker oder den Ofen
nicht in Wasser oder eine andere Flüssigkeit tauchen.

• Strenge Aufsicht ist dann geboten, wenn das Gerät von Kindern benutzt wird oder
diese sich in der Nähe befinden. Aus Sicherheitsgründen den Netzstecker abziehen,
wenn das Gerät nicht gebraucht wird.

• Nicht versuchen, das Gerät mit beschädigtem Netzstecker oder Stromkabel zu
betreiben oder dies anzuschließen, nachdem es schlecht funktioniert hat, gefallen ist
oder auf irgendeine Weise beschädigt wurde. Die Kontrolle des Gerätes durch einen
Servicefachmann ist verbindich in jedem der oben genannten Fälle.

• Dies Gerät nicht draußen verwenden.

• Darauf achten, dass das Stromkabel nicht über den Rand der Arbeitsplatte
herausragt, Wärmequellen berührt oder verknotet ist.

• Dies Gerät ist nicht in die Nähe oder auf einem Gegenstand abzustellen, der Wärme
produziert (wie z.B. eine Kochplatte oder eine mit Gas arbeitende Kochstelle).

• Mit Händen, Messern und Gerätschaften ausreichend Abstand zu den Drehklingen
halten.

• Die Klingen sind scharf. Vorsichtig handhaben.

• Das Stromkabel dieses Produktes ist nicht vom Benutzer auswechselbar.

Sollte das Stromkabel beschädigt sein, darf es einzig und allein von einem

autorisierten Fachhändler ausgewechselt werden.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch Ihres Stabmixers

Bevor Sie den Stabmixer das erste Mal gebrauchen, den abnehmbaren Zapfen und das
gesamte Zubehör unter fließendem Wasser reinigen, damit auch der restliche, aus der
Verpackung stammenden Staub entfernt wird. Danach alle Teile gründlich abtrocknen.

Den Stabmixer niemals einschalten, bevor man ihn in den Mixbehälter oder in eine
andere geeignete Schüssel getaucht hat. Die scharfen Klingen der Edelstahlmesser
können Verletzungen verursachen, wenn man sie berührt.

Wie der Schneeschläger benutzt wird

Den Schneeschläger nur zum Schlagen von Schlagsahne und Eierschnee und zum
Vermischen von Fertigdesserts verwenden.

1. Den Schneeschläger (F) in das Gehäuse des Schneeschlägers (E) stecken, dann
den Motorteil (A) so in das Gehäuse einsetzen, dass er einklinkt.

2. Den Schneeschläger in die Schüssel setzen und erst dann den Schalter (B)
betätigen um den Apparat einzuschalten.

Zum Erzielen der besten Resultate:

Eine große Schüssel benutzen.
Nur bis zu 400 ml kalte Sahne verarbeiten
(min. 30% Fettgehalt, 4-8°C).
Nur bis zu 4 Eiweiße verschlagen.
Den Schneeschläger im Uhrzeigersinn bewegen.

Wie das Zubehörteil zum Zerkleinern verwendet wird

Der Zerkleinerer eignet sich zum Schnetzeln von Fleisch, Käse, Zwiebeln, Kräutern,
Knoblauch, Nüssen, Mandeln, Pflaumen etc.

Bitte beachten:
Keine zu harten Lebensmittel zerkleinern wie Muskatnüsse, Kaffeebohnen und Körner.

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG

Dieser Apparat verfügt über einen Geschwindigkeitsregler.
Dreht man das Rad so, wie auf dem Gerät gezeigt wird, kann man die Geschwindigkeit
erhöhen oder verringern.
Zum Erzielen von immer optimalen Ergebnissen, die folgenden Anweisungen befolgen:

Hochgeschwindigkeit:

a) für die Zubereitung von Kindernahrung
b) für die Zubereitung von püriertem Obst oder Gemüse
c) zum Vermischen von Saucen und leichten Rühreimassen
d) zum Sahneschlagen
e) zum Zerkleinern von Fleisch, Kräutern und Nüssen

Niedrige Geschwindigkeit:

f) für die Zubereitung von Frappés und Mixgetränken
g) zum Schlagen von Flüssigkeiten, Eierweiß und Cremes

Vor dem Zerkleinern …

Fleisch, Käse, Zwiebeln, Karotten vorschneiden (siehe den Verarbeitungsleitfaden)
Die Kräuter von Fäden befreien, Nüsse knacken
Knochen, Sehnen und Knorpel vom Fleisch entfernen.

Für ein optimales Ergebnis die Einstellungen beachten, die im Verarbeitungsleitfaden
empfohlen werden.

Zerkleinern

1. Vorsichtig die Kunststoffabdeckung vom Messer nehmen (B).
Achtung: das Messer ist sehr scharf! Immer mit der Kunststoffseite nach oben halten.
