Company is a high-performance printer that is

ideal for small workgroups and businesses,

especially those with limited space. The

InfoPrint 1622 Express is a black-and-white

laser printer that prints up to 35 ppm

offers a variety of resolution settings.

Additionally, its 400 MHz processor enables

fast processing of complex jobs and a first-

page-out time as fast as seven seconds

models. The InfoPrint 1622 Express is just what
you need to replace older inkjet and laser
devices with a new shared laser printer.

Help increase employee productivity in your

400 MHz processor. The InfoPrint 1622 Express
is designed to produce crisp text and high­quality graphics up to 1200 x 1200 dots per
inch (dpi) to meet your users’ demanding
monochrome printing needs.

INTUITIVE OPERATOR INTERFACE

Streamline jobs and save operator time with an
easy to use operator panel that has a four-line
by 20-character operator display, navigational
elements and ‘Show Me’ text to determine job
status and enable problem correction.

Use the buttons to open a menu, scroll
through a list of values, change printer
settings and respond to printer messages.

From the operator interface, you can select
menu items and associated values to help
print your jobs successfully. Select the print
media using the Paper Menu. Use the
Finishing Menu to define how the printer
delivers output – collated, with borders, or
multi-page images on one page – just to
name a few finishing choices.

EXPAND THE RANGE OF PAPER SIZES
AND TYPES

The most commonly used media can be
loaded in the standard automatic
250-sheet paper feeder. The second paper
source, the single-sheet manual feeder,
conveniently located at the front of the
printer, can be used for special paper,
transparencies, envelopes, paper labels,
card stock or index stock.

You can add the

optional 550-sheet drawer to increase

paper options, reduce intervention and
improve user productivity. The 250- and
550-sheet drawers can be adjusted to
accommodate legal or folio size paper.

The easy-to-access output bin on top of the
printer holds up to 150 sheets. The
single-sheet rear exit provides a straight­through paper path to help reduce curling
and potential jams – an especially
important feature for specialty media.

ENABLING MOBILE COMPUTING AND
WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY

The InfoPrint 1622 Express offers flexible
networking options – including wireless –
designed to help meet the needs of your
business. With wireless capability, you can
relocate printers quickly and easily without
the cost and delay associated with physical
cabling. Help boost the productivity of
mobile workers by allowing them
convenient access to the printer on a highly
secure wireless local area network (LAN).

With duplex paper handling as a standard
feature, the InfoPrint 1622 Express can
help save paper costs, thereby enabling a
lower total cost of printing. The
InfoPrint 1622 Express is designed to be
easy to use and easy to maintain with just
two supply items – a toner cartridge and
photoconductor. The two-piece imaging
system can help keep your supplies cost
low – you pay only for the piece you need
when you need it.
