the panel board door to prevent someone
from turning on the power while you are
working on the heater. When using electrical
appliances, basic precautions should always
be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock and injury to persons, including the
following:

- Do not place heater against paperboard or
low-density fiberboard surfaces.
- Do not use outdoors.
- This heater is not intended for use in
bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor
locations. Never locate heater where it may fall
into a bathtub or other water container.
- Do not place heater below an electrical
convenience receptacle.
Overheating or fire may occur
Do not place heater behind doors.
Fire or explosion may occur
heater has hot arching or
sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas
where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are
used or stored.
Burn hazard
This heater is hot when in use. to
avoid
burns, do not let bare skin touch hot
surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving
the heater.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture,
pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains
at least 3 feet (0.9m) form the front of the
heater and keep them away from the sides and
rear. Use extreme caution when any heater is
used by or near children or invalids and
whenever the heater is left operating
unattended.
Risk of electric shock or injury.
Do not run cord under carpeting,
Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or
similar coverings. Do not route cord under
furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away form
the traffic area when it will not cause a tripping
hazard. Do not operate any heater with a
damaged cord or plug, or after heater
malfunctions, or has been dropped or damaged
in any manner. Discard heater, or return to
authorized service facility for examination and /
or repair.
Risk of fire
To prevent a possible fire, do not
block intakes or exahust in any manner. Do not
use on soft surfaces, like a bed where openings
may become blocked. Heater must be kept
clear of all obstructions. Maintain a 3 foot
minimum clearance from front and 12 inches
from sides and rear. Heaters must be kept clean
of lint, dirt, and debris (see maintenance
instructions).
Risk of fire
DO NOT use heater with an
extension cord. Plug heater directly into a 208240VAC volt receptacle.
- Use this heater only as described in this
manual. Any other use not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause fire, electrical
shock, or injury to persons.

Connect to properly grounded
outlets only. Do not insert or allow foreign objects
to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as
this may cause an electric shock or fire, or

performing any maintenance or when not in use,
To disconnect heater, turn control to low, then
remove plug from outlet.
To get the most out of your new ceiling heater,
please read through these instructions and the
attached safety regulations before use. Please
also save the instructions in case you need to
remind yourself of the fan heater’s functions or
safety precautions at a later date.

This heater is supplied with a six foot power
cable. If more length is required to reach your
outlet, the grounded outlet must be relocated
by a qualified electrician.
Thermostat Instructions
- At first turn the thermostat to “Max” and let the
heater operate with full power input. When the
room temperature reaches the required value,
turn the thermo
switches off.
- The thermostat will then switch on and off
automatically to control the room temperature
according to the preset value and to keep the
room temperature constant.
- When using the heater for the first time, you
may notice a slight emission of smoke. This is
quite normal and it stops after a short time.
The heating element is made of steel and was
coated with a layer of protective oil
during production. The smoke is caused by
the leftover oil as it is heated.

Safety Regulations
- Do not connect the fan heater using an
on/off timer or other equipment which can
automatically switch the device on.
- The fan heater must not be placed in
rooms where flammable liquids or gases
are used or stored.
- Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
The appliance in not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge. If the
appliance is damaged, discontinue use.
- Use the appliance in places with good air
ventilation.
- A separate circuit serving only this
appliance must be provided. Keep the
power cable far enough from the hot air
outlet.
- If the supply cable is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or service
agent or a similarly qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard.
- The fan heater is not suitable for use outdoors in damp weather, in bathrooms or in
other wet or damp environments.
- Please note that the fan heater can become
very hot and should, therefore, be placed
at a safe distance from flammable objects
such as furniture, curtains and similar
objects.
- NEVER suspend any objects from mounted
heater.
Assembly
Heater will operate on either 240 or 208 volts.
Check heater voltage and phase on label on
back of heater to make sure they are the same
as the electrical service supplied. See plug
configuration on page 2. Never use an adapter
for this blade configuration. The outlet must be
a 240 or 208 volt grounding outlet. When
properly installed, it will provide a ground
connection through the cord to the heater to
pretect the operator from electric shock.
Altering the cord in any way will void the
warranty.
Be sure that the electrical recepticle is of the
configuration and capacity appropriate fo rthe
heater. The ceiling mounting structure and
anchoring provisions must be of sufficient
strength to support the combined weight of the
heater and mounting bracket. Never suspend
any objects from the mounted heater.
1.Locate wood stud in ceiling where heater will
be mounted.
2.Use swivel bracket template to mark 4 holes
for drilling. Be sure a minimum of 2 holes
(across swivel bracket from each other) will be
drilled into wood stud in ceiling.
3.Pre-drill 4 holes for screws.
4.Attach swivel bracket to ceiling using 4 washers and screws (attach 2 screws to stud, then
turn 90 degrees to attach 2 final screws). 2
screws must be attached to a wood stud (min.
1.5"). If 2 remaining screws cannot be
attached to a wood stud, then moly / toggle
bolts should be used for 2 remaining holes.
Caution: If you are attaching this heater to a
ceiling surface other than a wood stud and drywall, please use appropriate fasteners. the
screws included with your heater are not
intended to be used for metal studs. Do not
attach this heater to drywall only. Heater must
be attached to a stud with a minimum of 2
screws in opposing holes.
Operation
- Position the fan heater at a safe distance from
wet environments and flammable objects.
- Connect the fan heater to the electrical power.
- Set the thermostat dial to the maximum
temperature.
- The fan heater will switch on when the function
selector dial is set to one of the three power
settings.
- Once the room reaches the desired
temperature, turn the thermostat dial back until
heating element turns off. The fan will still
continue to run. The thermostat is now set at
your desired temperature, and the heater will
continue to maintain a constant temperature.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it
from the outlet and let it cool down.
- The enclosure is easy to get dirty. Wipe it often
with a soft sponge. For very dirty parts, wipe
with a sponge dipped in < 50°C water and
mild detergent, then dry the heater enclosure
with a clean cloth. Be careful not to let the
water enter the inside of the appliance
- In order to protect the enclosure
water onto the heater, and never use a
solvent like
etc. to clean the heater. Servicing should be
done only while the heater is disconnected
from the supply cord.
Pinnacle Products International, Inc. warrants this product to
the original retail purchaser only, to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the
date of initial purchase. This product must be properly installed,
maintained and operated in accordance with the instructions
provided.
Pinnacle Products International, Inc. requires reasonable proof
of your date of purchase from an authorized retailer or distributor.
Therefore, you should keep your sales slip, invoice, or cancelled
check from the original purchase. This Limited Warranty shall be
limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which prove
defective under normal use and service within the warranty
eriod, and which Pinnacle Products International, Inc. shall
determine at its reasonable discretion.
This warranty does not apply to products purchased for rental
use.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating
difficulties due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse,
alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper
maintenance and service by you or any third party. Failure to
perform normal and routine maintenance on the heater, shipping
damage, damage related to insects, birds, or animals of any kind,
and damage due to weather conditions are also not covered. In
addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the
finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other
weather damage, after purchase.
All transportation costs for the return of the damaged product or
parts will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt of
damaged item, Pinnacle Products International, Inc. will
examine the item and determine if defective. Pinnacle ProductsInternational, Inc. will repair or replace and return the item,
freight pre-paid. If Pinnacle Products International, Inc. finds
the item to be in normal operating condition, or not defective, the
item will be returned freight collect.
This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties.
Pinnacle Products International, Inc. disclaims all warranties
for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors.
AFTER THE PERIOD OF THE ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY EXPIRES, Pinnacle Products International, Inc. DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
APPLICATION. FURTHER, Pinnacle Products International,Inc. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO
PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. Pinnacle Products International, Inc. assumes no
responsibility for any defects caused by third parties. This Limited
Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights; a purchaser
may have other rights depending upon where he or she lives.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special,
incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long a
warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not
apply to you.
Pinnacle Products International, Inc. does not authorize any
person or company to assume for it any other obligation or
liability in connection with the sale, installation, use, removal,
return, or replacement of its equipment, and no such
representations are binding on Pinnacle Products International,
Inc.
