ICE MAKER ADAPTER KIT (P/N 629084802)
This Ice Maker Adapter Kit is for Remcor Model Series DB200/220/275 Dispensers and the following Ice Maker
Model Series:
Cornelius I 330, 530, 630, 830, 1030 and 1230
Manitowoc B450, 600, 800 and 1000
Ice-O-Matic C20, 30, 50, 66,106, GC650, 750, 800, 1200, EC200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800 and 1000
Ser Vend G5, 7, and 10

WARNING: Disconnect electrical power from the Dispenser before proceeding to install the
Ice Maker Adapter Kit.
1. Remove the plastic dispenser lid and discard.
2. Install the ice maker adapter lid (item 1) as shown in Figure 1. Note that some models of the DB2XX series
have the adapter lid mounting screws (4 #8--32) installed in the cabinet from the factory. If so equipped,
remove prior to installing the lid.
3. Seal the ice maker to the dispenser adapter lid as follows (refer to Figure 1):
A. Run a bead of RTV on the lid around the outline of the ice maker and the inside edge of the lid
opening.
B. Set the ice maker onto the lid and position as shown.

C. Wipe away any excess RTV.
4. Secure the ice maker to the dispenser with the brackets (2) provided. Drill .136 diameter holes and install
the #10 sheet metal screws into the ice maker cabinet and dispenser lid and cabinet (if required). Screws
must not interfere with the ice maker components.
5. Install the adhesive backed insulation strip to the manual fill cover flange and secure the cover to the
adapter lid with the #8-32 thumb screw.
6. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to complete the installation of the ice maker. For Cornelius I Series
Ice Makers install thermostat kit (P/N 630000408) according to the instructions provided in the kit.
IMPORTANT: Check that the bin thermostat installation does not interfere with agitator rotation.
