Thecolorsofthedisplaymayseemtovarywhenviewedagainst acoloredbackgroundorincoloredlight.Thisisaperfectlynormal effectthatcanbeseenwithallcolorLiquidCrystalDisplays(LCDs).
IncommonwithallThinFilmTransistor(TFT)LCDunits,thescreen mayexhibitafew(lessthan7)wronglyilluminatedpixels.These mayappearasblackpixelsinalightareaofthescreenorascolored pixelsinblackareas.

Youcanchangethebrightnessoftheindividualdisplay,or networkeddisplays.
Youcanonlyuseandsetsharedbrightnessondisplayswhich supportsharingandareassignedtonetworkgroups.
Youwillnotbeabletosetsharedbrightnesslevelsondisplays whichdonotsupportsharing.
Adjustingthedisplaysbrightness
Toadjustthebrightnessoftheindividualdisplay:
1.WhilstinafavoritepagemomentarilypresstheLEFTSOFT
button. Thiswillopenthebrightnesssettingscreen.
2.UsetheUPandDOWNbuttonstochangethebrightness
percentagetotherequiredlevel.
3.PresstheRIGHTSOFTbuttontoconrmnewbrightnessandgo
backtothefavoritespageyouwereon.
AssigningANetworkGroup
Whenassignedtoanetworkgroupyoucanchangebrightnesslevel andcolorschemeondisplayswhichsupportsharing.
Toenablesharedbrightnessandcolorschemesthedisplaymust beassignedtoanetworkgroupasfollows:
1.NavigatetoMenu>SetUp>SystemSetUp>NetworkGroup.
Alistofnetworkgroupswillbedisplayed:
•None(default)
•Helm1
•Helm2
•Cockpit
•Flybridge
•Mast
•Group1—Group5
2.UsetheUPandDOWNbuttonstohighlighttherequiredgroup.
3.PresstheSELECTbuttontoassignthedisplayyouareusing
tothatnetworkgroup.
4.NavigatetoMenu>SetUp>SystemSetUp> Brightness/ColourGroup.

2.SelectFavoritespagefromthemenu.
3.SelectEditpagefromtheFavoritespagemenu.
4.UsingtheUPandDOWNbuttonsselectthepageyouwantto edit,andthenpressSELECT.

2.SelectFavoritespagefromthemenu.
3.SelectNewpagefromthemenu.
Ifyoualreadyhavethemaximumnumberofpagessetupyou willnotbeallowedtoaddanotherpagewithoutdeletingan existingpagerst.Otherwiseyouwillbetakentoapagelayout optionscreen.
4.HighlightandselecttherequiredpagelayoutandpressSELECT.
5.Youcannowselecttherequireddatatobedisplayedinyour newpagebyfollowingtheEditinganexistingpageprocedure.
Deletingapage
Inordertodeleteapagefollowthestepsbelow.
1.FromtheFavoritepagesmenuselectDeletepage. Ifyouhavetwoormorepagessetupyouwillbeabletodelete
apagefromyourfavoritepages.Iyouonlyhaveonepageset upyouwillnotbeallowedtodeleteapageasyoumustalways haveaminimumofonefavoritepage.
