Effective 01.06.2010 all SCC / CM 62 and 102 in 208V confi guration will be equipped with an additional
heat dissipation plate for improved protection of the solid state relais (part number 87.00.463).

Each SSR shipped will be supplied with an additional heat dissipation plate (part number 40.03.725) plus
4x screws M4x12 Torx 20 (part number 10.00.061).

Installation in SCC / CM 62:

In case of SSR failure:

• Remove both SSR; even if only one SSR is faulty please
always change both;

• Discard the 4 SSR mounting screws as they are too short
to compensate for the additional height caused by the heat
dissipation plate;

• Mount the 2x new SSR over the heat dissipation plate.

• For mounting the four screws M4x12 Torx 20 MUST be
used.

• Note: the fi ns of the heat dissipation plate must be facing to
the right side as shown.

Installation in SCC / CM 102:
Note: The heat dissipation plate must only be used when

replacing SSRs on the motor itself (upper mounted
SSRs), not on the extension duct.

Reason: The extension of the cooling air duct (40.00.435) has

already a better heat dissipation then the motor itself.

In case of SSR failure:

• Remove both upper SSR; even if only one SSR is faulty
please change both as a precaution;

• Discard the 4 SSR mounting screws as they are too short to
compensate for the additional height caused by the heat
dissipation plate;

• Mount the 2x new SSR over the heat dissipation plate.

• For mounting, four screws M4x12 Torx 20 MUST be used.

• Note: the fi ns of the heat dissipation plate must be located
to the right side as shown.
