Heater Wiring:
Solder one wire to pins 4 and 5 of the 12AX7, another
wire to pin 9 of the 12AX7. Those wires should be
tightly twisted together and soldered to pins 4 & 5
of the 6BQ5. Pins 4 & 5 of the 6BQ5 should be soldered
to the eyelets holding R18 and R19 (marked by X’s.)

Speaker Jack
- In the P1 it isn’t necessary to have the
speaker jack connecting to chassis ground.
i.e. Plastic isolating washers are OK.
- This will probably give you the lowest amount
of noise.
