Introduction
In addition to viewing your Aqua Flow water information on the QTech website at
http://afm.qtech.co.nz you can now also download an iPhone application to view this
information conveniently on the move.
Software Installation
QTech’s Aqua Flow iPhone Application is available from Apple’s iTunes App Store
and can be downloaded and run in the same manner as other downloadable iPhone
applications. Note that it will work on both iPad and iPod touch.
You must have WIFI or a 3G connection.
The App requires iOS 3.0 or higher to run.
User Interface
When first run, you will be presented with a screen prompting you to navigate to the
log-on screen to enter your credentials.
As instructed press the User button at the
bottom right of the screen.

From the Credentials screen, you will
need to enter your user name and
password as provided by QTech when
you joined the QTech Aqua Flow
scheme.
Tap on one of the entry boxes and the on
screen keyboard will display allowing you
to enter your credentials.
Note that you will only need to enter
these once, the iPhone will remember
them the next time you start the
Application.
Once you have entered your credentials
press the Back button to navigate back to
the main screen.
The main screen will show a progress
indicator whilst it downloads your latest
bore information.
This screen mimics the information on
the Aqua Flow website and show the
following information:
Water Level, Water Pressure, Flow Rate,
Today’s Volume, the 7 Day’s volume, the
Season’s Volume, your Consent Number
and the timestamp that the current data
was last retrieved.
Sliding your finger up and down the
screen will scroll the screen to see the
additional information.
The coloured progress indicators are used to show a percentage of your current
usage against your consented usage. They are normally green but will change to
yellow when you reach 80% and red when you reach 90% of your consented usage.

If you have multiple bores you can tap on
the bore name from the main screen and
you will be presented with this selection
screen showing all of the bores
associated with your account.
Tapping on one of the bores will move
the current bore tick mark.
Navigate back to the main screen by
pressing the Back button in the
navigation bar.
The main screen will show a progress
indicator whilst it downloads your latest
bore information.
