2. Product Overview
This chapter provides basic information about the QNAP TS-x31K NAS.
About the TS-x31K
The TS-x31K is powered by Annapurna Labs Alpine AL-214 ARMv7 processors for multi-tasking. The TSx31K ensures data security and performance with built-in AES 256-bit encryption engines. It features a USB
One Touch Copy port for quick and convenient backup and data transfer. The TS-x31K is available in 1-drive
bay, 2-drive bay, and 4-drive bay models that support SATA 6 Gbps data transfer. The TS-x31K series NAS
with the exception of the 1-drive bay model, offers two Gigabit Ethernet ports (two GbE RJ45 ports) for
optimal throughput and streaming multimedia content while on the move.
