IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before operating the toaster oven. Keep them for further reference.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord,
plug, or any parts of the oven in water or other liquids.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter,
or touch hot surfaces.
The use of accessory or attachments not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause injuries.
Turn off and unplug the oven from the mains socket when
not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before cleaning or handling. Always hold the plug, but never pull the cord.
Do not cover any part of the oven with metal foil. This will
cause overheating of the oven.
To avoid burns, use extreme caution when removing the
tray or disposing of hot grease.
A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching
flammable materials such as curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation. Do not store any items on top of the oven when in operation.
Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers
constructed of other than metal or glass.

Do not place any of the following materials in the oven:
paper, cardboard, plastic, and other similar products.
Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer’s
recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
Always wear oven gloves (not supplied) or use the supplied
rack/tray handle when inserting or removing items from the hot oven.
Do not use the oven outdoors.
Do not use the oven for other than intended use.
Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the
toaster oven as they may cause a risk of fire or risk of electric shock.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging materials and wipe the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Wash the rack and tray in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before using. Place the oven on a stable flat surface. Be sure that no other
appliances are plugged into the same circuit with the oven.

CONTROL SETTINGS
TEMPERATURE SETTING
You can turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the desired temperature up to 230°C.
FUNCTION SETTING
You can turn the function knob to select the OFF, grill, lower heating or convection setting.
Lower heating:
Only the bottom heating
element will heat up.
Grill: Only the top heating element will heat up.
Convectional: The top and bottom heating elements will heat up.

TIMER SETTING
The timer can be set up to 90 minutes. In order for the oven to work, you will need to either set up a cooking time or turn the timer knob to “ON” position (see section “Continuous cooking without timer” below).
Cooking with timer
To set the required operating time, turn the timer knob clockwise. The red indicator light will illuminate. After the time has elapsed, a bell sound will be heard.
Adjusting Time
Timer can be changed during cooking. Turn the timer knob to
the required time.
Continuous cooking without timer
If you want to use the oven without timer control, turn the
timer knob to the “ON” position. The oven will work unless the
timer knob is set to the “0” position.
OPERATION
For the first time use, set the thermostat to 230 °C, set the
function knob to the position and turn the timer knob to
15 minutes. Leave the oven operating with no food inside.

NOTE: The oven may smoke during cooking. This is normal for
a new oven and will last no more than 10 to 15minutes.
General Instructions
1. Place the rack in position.
There are 3 slots in the oven: slide the rack to the desired
height according to the food to be cooked.
2. Oil from food may drip when cooking; in this case place the
food on the tray. Make sure that you always use an ovenproof container and never use plastic or cardboard containers in the oven.
3. Never use glass or ceramic cookware.
4. Set the temperature as suggested by the recipe or as
desired.
5. Securely shut the oven door and set the cooking time to
start cooking.
6. To achieve better cooking performance, it is recommended
to preheat the oven for 5 to 8 minutes before cooking.

NOTE: It’s recommended that the weight of the food which is
put on the rack/tray is not over 3.5 kg. Put food on the
rack/tray evenly.
Convectional
This setting is ideal for use when cooking baked potatoes,
roasting meat and vegetables, ready meals, casseroles, stews,
bread, cakes and desserts.
1. Slide the tray into the middle position in the oven. Close
the oven door.
2. Turn the function knob to .
3. Select suitable temperature by turning the thermostat
knob.
4. Turn the timer knob to either ON or the required cooking
time.
Grill
This setting is ideal for use when toasting bread and grilling
chicken, sausage, pork chops and bacon.
1. Slide the rack into the top position in the oven.
2. Slide the tray below to collect grease and fat. Close the
oven door.
3. Turn the function knob to .
4. Select suitable temperature by turning the thermostat
knob.

5. Turn the timer knob to either ON or required cooking time.
Lower heating
This setting can be used for most food cooked in the
conventional function, but will take longer.
1. Slide the tray into the bottom position in the oven. Close
the oven door.
2. Turn the function knob to .
3. Select suitable temperature by turning the thermostat
knob.
4. Turn the timer knob to either ON or required cooking time.
After cooking
After you finish cooking, turn the timer knob to the “0”
position.
When removing food from the oven, always use oven gloves
(not supplied) or the supplied rack/tray handle. Beware: the
food and oven are very hot.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance from the mains socket and allow it to
cool completely before cleaning.
Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth.
Never use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry
them thoroughly before use.
