How to Use
1. Before first use, clean the coffee grinder.
2. Hold plug and pull slowly to release stored cord. With
coffee grinder unplugged, remove cover by lifting straight
up. Place up to 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) of coffee beans or specified amount of whole spices (see Grinding Whole Spices
chart) in the bowl.
3. Replace cover. Plug into 120 volt electrical outlet.
4. Press grind button. Grind 10 to 20 seconds, depending
on amount and desired grind; coarse for percolators and
medium to fine for drip coffeemakers. For spices, see
Grinding Whole Spices chart.
NOTE: The coffee grinder will only operate with cover in
place and grind button pressed.
How To Clean
1. Unplug from outlet before cleaning.
2. Carefully wipe bowl and blades with soft,
damp cloth. Be careful cleaning around
sharp blades. Rinse and dry cover.
3. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth.
4. Hold bottom of coffee grinder and turn
top portion to wind cord for storage
inside grinder.
Tips for Best Results
• For best flavor, store coffee beans in a dark, airtight container.
• Grind beans immediately before brewing.
• Coffee flavor and strength is a personal preference. Vary
the type of coffee beans, amount of coffee and fineness
of grind to find the flavor you prefer.
• Grinder should be cleaned between coffee and spice
grinding to help prevent taste and odor transfer.
• Grinder is not recommended for fresh herbs.

Grinding Whole Spices
Press Grind Button for 10-20 seconds at a time until spices
are ground to desired coarseness.
