RECEIVING / INSPECTION

Remove the Precision Medical, Inc.
Flow Selector from the packaging
and inspect for damage. If there is
any damage, DO NOT USE and
contact your Provider.

INTENDED USE

To direct the Outlet Flow from any
standard flowmeter to any one (1)

of the Flow Selector’s three (3)

outlet ports.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USING

This manual instructs a Professional
to install and operate the Flow
Selector. This is provided for your
safety and to prevent damage to
the Flow Selector. If you do not
understand this manual, DO NOT
USE the Flow Selector and contact
your Provider.

•DO NOT use oils, greases, organic
lubric a n ts or any combustibl e
materials on or near this Flow Selector.

• DO NOT use near any type of flame
or flammable/explosive substances,
vapors or atmosphere.

• DO NOT smoke in an area where
oxygen is being administered.

• ALWAYS rotate and lock the
connector body into place before
using Flow Selector.

•ALWAYS confirm prescribed flow
before administering to patient and
monitor flow on a frequent basis.

• After activating flowmeter, be sure
patient is receiving flow from proper
outlet port.
