Set up your Polar Loop Crystal

To take your P olar L oop Cr ystal activi ty tr acker into use, you need a comp uter with an Internet connection to access the Pol ar Flow web serv ice.

1. Open your internet browser, go to ow.polar.com/start and download the FlowSync software. You need Flow Sync to setup and sync your activity tracker.

2. Open the installation package and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Once the installation is complete, FlowSync opens automatically and ask s you to connec t your Polar product.

4. Plug Pol ar Loop Crystal into your computer’s USB por t with the cable prov ided in the sales package. Let your computer install any suggested USB drivers.

Don’t ch arge the dev ice when the USB conne ctor is wet.

5. The Flow web ser vice opens automatically in your internet browser. Create an account, or sign in if you already have a Polar account.

6. To nal ize the s etup click Done. You need to wait until syncing is completed, before y ou can unplug your Polar Loop Cr ystal.

7. If there is a r mware update available for your Polar Loop Crystal , we recommend you install it at this stage.

ACTV stands for daily ac tiv ity. The daily activity goal is

visualized with an acti vit y bar.

• TO GO tells y ou how much lon ger you need to b e acti ve to reach your daily activity goal.

• JOG stands for high intensity acti vit y like jogging, exercise class, basketball , football, tennis or squash.

• WAL K stands for medium intensity activi ty like walking, circuit training, bowling, skateboarding, gentle swimming or table tennis.

• UP stands for lo w intensity activit y up on your feet like cleaning, washing the dishes, gardening, playing the guitar, baking, walking slowly or tai chi.

CALS stands for calories bur ned measured as

kilocalories.

STEP stands for steps you have taken.
