Introduction
The operating instructions are part of this product. They contain important information about safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, please famil­iarise yourself with all operating and safety instructions. Before using the product for the first time, read the operating instructions together with your child. Use the product only as described and for the range of applications specified. Keep these operating instruc­tions as a reference and store them near the product. Please also pass these operating instructions on to any future owner.
Proper use
The remote control vehicle is a toy designed for children aged 3 to 8 years. The product is intended exclusively for private use.
Safety information
Caution! Not suitable for children under 36 months!
There is a risk of suffocation because small parts might be inhaled or swallowed!
Children may only play with the product under
adult supervision.
Caution! The packaging and fastening materials
are not part of the toy and should always be removed for safety reasons before the product is given to the children to play with.
Rechargeable batteries may only be charged
under adult supervision!
Empty batteries must be taken out of the toy!
Always keep the vehicle within eyesight so as
not to lose control of the vehicle. Careless and thoughtless use can cause considerable damage.
Do not drive the vehicle near people, animals,
bodies of water or powerlines.
Battery warnings
DANGER
Incorrect handling the batteries can cause fires, explosions, leakages of hazardous substances or other dangerous situations!
Remote control
Keep batteries out of the hands of children.
Do not leave batteries lying around. There is a
risk of them being swallowed by children or pets. If this happens, consult a doctor immediately!
Batteries must never be short-circuited, taken
apart, deformed or thrown into a fire. There is a risk of explosion!
Leaking or damaged batteries can cause skin
irritations when touched. Therefore, use suitable protective gloves. If battery acid comes into contact with your skin, rinse off with plenty of water. If the chemicals get into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water, do not rub and consult a doctor immediately.
Do attempt to recharge non-rechargeable bat-
teries. There is a risk of fire and/or explosion!
When inserting batteries, note the correct polarity
(plus/+ and minus/−).
DANGER
During extended periods of non-use (e.g. during
storage), remove the batteries from the remote control to prevent damage caused by leaking batteries.
When changing batteries, always replace the
whole set. Do not mix fully charged batteries with half charged batteries. Always use batteries of the same type and manufacturer.
Never mix batteries with rechargeable batteries!

NOTE
Check the package for completeness and signs
of visible damage.
If the delivery is incomplete or damage has
occurred as a result of defective packaging or transport, contact the service hotline (see section Service).
Unpack all parts of the device from the packaging
and remove all packaging materials.
To remove the pylons

Press the release button
and, at the same time, push the vehicle backwards to release it from the remote control (see Figure 2).

Screw the telescopic aerial into the aerial
socket on the remote control (see Figure 3).

Inserting the batteries in the remote control
Open the screw of the battery compartment cover
on the bottom of the remote control using a suitable screwdriver.
Remove the battery compartment cover.
Insert 2 x 1.5V AA/Mignon batteries in the bat-
tery compartment
Replace the battery compartment cover and
screw it back down firmly.
(ensure correct polarity!).

Charging the remote-controlled vehicle

If the vehicle does not drive straight ahead, you
can correct the directional stability of the vehicle with the wheel alignment of the vehicle.

Cleaning and storage
CAUTION
To prevent damage, ensure that no moisture
penetrates the interior of the vehicle or the remote control.
Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean the
model and avoid getting any water on the elec­tronics, rechargeable battery and motor.
Store the product in a dry, dust-free location
without direct sunlight.
Remove the batteries from the remote control if
you do not intend to use the device for an extended period.
Disposal
Disposal of the device
The symbol on the left showing a crossed-
out dustbin means that this device is subject to Directive 2012/19/EU. This Directive states that this device may not be disposed of in normal household waste at the end
of its useful life but must be dropped off at specially set-up collection locations, recycling depots or disposal companies.
This disposal is free of charge for the user. Protect the environment and dispose of this device properly.
You can obtain further information from your local disposal company or the city or local authority.
Battery disposal
Do not dispose of the batteries in the
domestic waste. Defective or worn-out
batteries must be recycled according to
Directive 2006/66/EC. Consumers are legally obliged to dispose of used batteries at a collection point in their town/district or at a retail store. This obligation is intended to ensure that batteries are disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner.
Dispose of batteries only when they are fully dis­charged.

Dear Customer, This appliance has a 2-year warranty valid from the
date of purchase. If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.
The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs car­ried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticu­lously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper han­dling, use of force and modifications/repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.
