Introduction
The Pitco CPF-65 Compact Portable Filter is designed to filter food and other sediment from the cooking oil used in your deep fat fryer. The unit is portable, for convenient use. If you do not filter regularly, the shortening or cooking oil may become contaminated and break down. The Pitco Portable Filter removes most microscopic particles, moisture, and free fatty acids from the oil. By using the Pitco CPF-65 Portable Filter regularly, you will produce better-cooked, and better-tasting food. By extending the life of your oil, the CPF-65 will pay for itself many times over.
The CPF-65 filter unit can be stored out of the way, and rolls easily to wherever it is needed. The low profile allows the unit to roll directly under the drain valve outlet extension nipple on the fryer. This makes it easier to drain the fryer. The inner area of the pan is free of clamps and brackets for easy cleaning. The large filtering area assures fast filtering.

Warning!
The filter return hose assembly was designed with a safety control switch to rinse the fry tank when cleaning and to return clean filtered oil to the fry tank after filtering. Added caution should be taken at all times to ensure total safety to the operator and to others in the area w hen using this assembly.
Warning!
Never jam the pump switch in the "on" position or operate the unit while it is unattended.
