PIONEER ADVANCED SOUND RETRIEVER (ASR)

Compressed audio such as MP3 may be convenient, but it can result in inferior sound quality. Pioneer ASR restores harmonics which are lost

during compression by using compressed audio data to calculate the original harmonics, and enabling their re-creation based on the calculation algorithm. Pioneer ASR adjusts frequency response and sound pressure, especially

in the high frequency and low frequency ranges, to revitalise the density and presence of the compressed signal. The result is an improved sound quality with its staging, density and feeling restored to the level of the original audio CD.

true wireless in-car telephony with the CD-BTB200 Bluetooth®

adapter. This add-on solution makes sure your headunit

automatically picks up your Bluetooth®-enabled* mobile

phone’s signal. The CD-BTB200 also incorporates the audio

profile to enable audio streaming from a Bluetooth®-enabled

mobile phone or portable audio player.

Enjoy your full iPod® music collection in your

car without the need for an additional adapter.

Pioneer headunits that feature iPod® Direct Control and a rear USB-in terminal

allow you to hook up your iPod® directly via the optional iPod® to USB interface

cable CD-IU50. The iPod® can be controlled from the headunit, but also

via an IR remote control or hard-wired (OEM) remote control. What’s more,

when hooked up, the headunit doubles as a battery charger for the iPod®.
