WARNING
Follow these guidelines as well to
ensure safe Cycling:
Always use your best judgement, •
and operate your bicycle in a safe
manner. Do not become distracted
by the device while riding, and
always be fully aware of your
surroundings.
While riding, never attempt to •
adjust settings or access functions
that require more than a quick
glance. Pull over and come to a
complete stop in a safe location off
the road before making settings or
adjustments.
Secure your bicycle in a safe place •
to switch modes or replace the
battery.
The bicycle may fall causing an
injury.
After switching modes or replacing •
the battery, install the transmitter
cover securely and tighten the screw
with the specified torque.
If it is not installed securely, not only
the water-resistant features cannot
be guaranteed, but also it may fall
off causing an accident or injury.
Do not leave small parts such as •
screws or the battery in an area that
infants and small children can reach
to prevent accidental swallowing. If
you think this may have happened,
call 911 for a medical emergency.
Before riding your bicycle, make •
sure that the device has been
professionally installed and is
securely mounted in an area that
does not disturb riding operations.
Make especially sure that cable ties
remain secure and all screws are
tightened as any loose components
could cause the device to fall off
causing an accident or injury.
Consult with the dealer if any parts
become loose.
Do not leave the device in places •
that are exposed to direct sunlight,
high temperature, high humidity,
or a lot of dust as it may cause the
device to malfunction.
Never dismantle, refurbish, or repair •
the device or any attached parts as
it could cause electrical shock or the
device to malfunction.
