There are many playback features and options available on discs. After familiarizing yourself with the DVD player as described in the User Guide pages 6-13, see pages 14-22 to try additional playback features.
Slide the display panel’s OPEN switch to unlock and open the

display panel.
Connect the supplied AC adaptor to the player’s DC jack and

the plug into a wall outlet.
Slide the POWER switch to ON to turn on the player.

Place a disc into the tray. If the DVD is recorded on only one side, place the disc in the tray with the label facing up and the shiny side

facing down. Some DVDs are recorded on both sides. Make sure the label of the side you want to play is facing up.

SPEAKERS
As an alternative to viewing movies on your player, it is possible for you to connect your DVD to your TV and other equipment using the supplied Audio and Video cables.This Quick-Use Guide shows the easiest, most common connections between the DVD and a TV.
Connect one end of the yellow video cable to the VIDEO IN jack of the TV. Connect the other end to the

VIDEO jack on the player.
Connect the red audio cable to the AUDIO IN R jack on the speaker. Connect the white audio cable to the

AUDIO IN L jack on the speaker. Connect the other end to the AUDIO(OPTICAL OUT) jack on the player.
