Highlights
Dolby Digital-Bitstream out
Because Dolby Digital, the world's leading digital multi-channel audio standards, make use of the way the human ear naturally processes sound, you experience superb quality surround sound audio with realistic spatial cues.
2 SCART connectors
2 SCART sockets allow you to connect to 2 devices simultaneously. One connection for the TV and the other, either to a DVD recorder or VCR for recording TV content, or to a video playback device, such as a DVD or Blu-ray player. Simply connect the SCART sockets on the product to the desired device by a SCART cable, to enable transmission of the video signals.
Fast Zapp
Time it takes to go one channel up/down
Digital audio output
With a digital audio output, you can immerse yourself in the program that you are watching and enjoy the surround sound that is being broadcasted in the TV program. Simply connect a cable from the connector for digital audio output (this can be cinch or optical connector, depending on availability on the product), and the digital audio signals in the broadcasted program will be output to the Dolby Digital certified home theater system (or an audio amplifier) for processing into a 5.1 audio experience on the loudspeaker boxes.
Pulse Killer Chip
Electrical interferences are neutralised by a built in chip called PKC
Low power mode
Low-power mode with less than 1W consumption
Parental lock
Do you want to limit access to certain programs or channels to protect your children from objectionable content? This receiver allows you to automatically block access to specified channels or programs either according to maturity ratings or your own preferences. This content can only be viewed after entering the PIN code.
Free SCART cable
high quality SCART cable
MHP Enhanced
Additional content brought by broadcasters, governments and other providers of consumer applications on a standard platform
Free-to-Air TV channels
You want to continue watching all the traditional publicly broadcasted programs, now in digital quality as well as any new TV channels available following digital switchover. No subscription or fee required.
Access to Pay TV services
There is more and more choice for top quality TV content these days, but the only way to access the premium channels is to subscribe to the services from the local Pay-TV operators. This digital receiver enables you to get the best of both worlds by enabling access to certain pay-TV broadcasts in addition to the standard free-to-air channels. Simply insert the operator's smart card into the receiver's dedicated pay-TV slot, and it will descramble the encrypted signals that are being broadcasted by the Pay-TV operators.
Stands horizontal or vertical
Extra foot supports vertical position
Automatic install & update
With the launch of digital terrestrial TV, additional broadcast channels are made available. Also, the channel numbering can often be temorarily reshuffled during digital switchover. To ensure that you always have the access to all available channels, it is important that the product is able to scan and install new channels automatically. A very sensitive tuner in this product scans through the broadcasting network for new channels whenever the product is switched off. Whenever a new service is detected, it will be automatically updated and saved onto the channel list.
Universal remote control
The Remote control is able to learn the code of up to 4 of your consumer electronic devices.
Euphoria User Interface
Easy navigation through the menu structure.
