1.SAFETY INSPECTION

This inspection must be performed once at the beginning of each shift.

1.1 Purpose

Checking the safety and conformance to regulation of the set listed.

1.2 Way of working

Take product out of the line.

Remove the cover by checking if it ‘s fixed with the screws sufficiently tightened

Check the fixings according the sheet 110 in Agile )

Check points described in the item 1.3

Fill in form

Put the cover with the screws sufficiently tightened.

Re-insert the product properly fixed on the assembly line, so that the set tests are performed
