Enjoy the exceptional picture quality of a High Definition
TV signal and be fully prepared for HD sources like
HDTV broadcast, Blu-ray DVD or HDVD. HD ready is a
protected label that offers picture quality beyond that of
progressive scan. It conforms to strict standards laid out
by EIC TA to of fer an H D sc ree n th at d isp lay s th e be nef its
of resolution and picture quality of a High Definition TV
signal. It has a universal connection for both analogue
YPbPr and uncompressed Digital connection of DVI or
HDMI, supporting HDCP. It can display 720p and 1080i
signals at 50 and 60Hz.
Plasma WXGA panel, 1366 x 768p
This state-of-the-art plasma screen technology gives you
widescreen HD resolution of up to 1366 x 768p pixels.
It produces brilliant flicker-free progressive scan pictures
in with optimum brightness and superb colours. This
vibrant and sharp image will provide you with an
enhanced viewing experience.
Motion comp. deinterlacing
Motion compensated deinterlacing employs a smart
deinterlacing algorithm that uses the images in a digital
memory to measure and estimate the motion speed and
direction of objects to create new fields with corrected
motion positions so video content has perfectly smooth,
judder-free and razor-sharp moving images.
3:2 Pulldown
3:2 Pulldown totally eliminates the unwanted artefacts
that distort your picture viewing when watching movies.
With these artefacts gone, you will enjoy the movie the
way it is meant to be.
3D Combfilter
The 3D combfilter separates brightness and colour
signals better in 3D domain to eliminate cross-colour,
cross-luminance and dot-crawl distortion - all of which
detract from your viewing pleasure. The 3D digital
combfilter performs field-by-field comparisons of the
television image to accurately separate the colour from
the black-and-white information and remove both
horizontally and vertically hanging dots, as well as dot
crawl. The result is a razor sharp image.
Network controllability: RS232
Network controllability allows user to control and adjust
monitors remotely through RS232 protocol.
Multiple PC input formats
The product supports PC compatibility for VGA, SVGA,
XGA and WXGA. A universal public display solution
requires versatile PC input support.
Multiple video input formats
In common use video content is often supplied in various
formats in different resolutions and aspect ratios. Thus
the content needs to be reformatted for optimal display
on given screen resolution. A high-class scaler guarantees
optimal reformatting of any video format up to SXGA.
Fanless operation
A system without fans is quiet and doesn't collect dust
inside the monitor. No moving parts inside the monitor
will thus improve the reliability of the product.
Long expected panel lifetime
In public display applications 24/7 operation is often
required. Even after 60,000 hours of operation the
brightness level of the display will be at least 50% of the
initial value.
