Price Pfi ster provides the following Warranties for its products. Proof
of Purchase may be required in order to obtain any of the benefi ts set
forth below.

Limited Warranties: Price Pfi ster warrants that for as long as the original
purchaser owns the home in which the Price Pfi ster product (the “Product”)
is originally installed, the Product will be free of all defects in material
and workmanship that would impair the intended and proper use of the
Product. If the Product is installed in a commercial application, the above
mechanical warranty shall be limited for a period of ten (10) years from the
date of purchase of the Product.

Price Pfi ster warrants against deterioration of the Product’s fi nish for as long
as the original purchaser owns the home in which the Product is originally
installed. If the Product is installed in a commercial application, the above
fi nish warranty for Products that do not contain the Pforever fi nish shall be
limited to a period of fi ve (5) years from the date of purchase.

Exclusive Remedy: In the event of any defect in the Product that breaches
the foregoing warranties, Price Pfi ster, at its option, will repair or replace
the defective part of the Product. Repair or replacement of the Product is
the exclusive remedy.

For any remedy under this warranty, Price Pfi ster is to be notifi ed describing
the problem. In order to notify Price Pfi ster and receive assistance or service
under this warranty, the original purchaser may: (1) call 1-800-Pfaucet
(1-800-732-8238) for a consumer service representative who can assist
you, or (2) write consumer service department c/o Price Pfi ster Inc., 19701
DaVinci, Lake Forest, CA 92610, and include a description of the problem,
model number, your name, address, phone number and approximate date
of purchase, or (3) email Price Pfi ster’s customer service department by
going to www.PricePfi ster.com, or (4) notify the location or distributor
from which the Product was purchased. In any case, you may be required
to return the Product to Price Pfi ster for inspection and proof of purchase
may be required.

Limitations and Exclusions:
PRICE PFISTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES
OR LOSSES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL
AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE
LEGAL THEOR Y ASSER TED, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM OR BREACH
OF WARRANTY HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, AND
WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR IN TOR T (including negligence
and strict liability).

Price Pfi ster has the right to discontinue or modify any product at any
time. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specifi c legal rights, and you may
also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The above warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper
maintenance, repair, cleaning or installation, misuse, abuse, alterations,
accidents or acts of God.

1 BEFORE PROCEEDING

FAUCET INSTALLATION

WARNING: Read all the instructions completely before proceeding. Price
Pfi ster recommends calling a professional if you are uncertain about installing
this product!

This product should be installed in accordance with all local and state plumbing and
building codes.

2 SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLY

Locate water supply inlets and shut off the water supply valves. These are
usually found under the sink or near the water meter. If you are replacing an
existing faucet, remove the old faucet from the sink and clean the sink surface
thoroughly.

Your installation may require new supply lines and / or shut-off valves or other
additional tools.

5 INSTALLING FAUCET WITH SINGLE HOLE MOUNTING

Ensure that Base Plate (5C) is pressed onto Base Ring (5A). Place a bead of
plumber’s putty in the groove along the bottom outer edge of Base Plate (5C).
Assemble Base Plate and Base Ring to Faucet Body ( 5B). From above sink,
insert Threaded Shank (5D) and Flexible Tubing (5E) through hole on sink.

4 CHECKING THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX

Upon opening the box, c heck to ensure that all of the following item s are
included.

6 INSTALLING FAUCET WITH DECKPLATE

Ensure that the Plastic Putty Plate (6A) is pressed on the Deckplate (6B). Place
a bead of plumber’s putty in the groove along the outer edge of the Putty Plate
(6A) . Assemble Deckplate ( 6B) and Putty Plate (6A) to F aucet Body (6C). With
the handle and spout facing forward, carefully install the Faucet Supply Hoses
(6D) through the center hole of sink (6E).

7 SECURING FAUCET

From underneath sink, secure Faucet Body ( 7A) by placing Metal Washer (7B)
and threading Long Nut (
that the bumps on M etal Washer (7B) are facing up. Ti ghten loosely, make
sure Handle (7E) swings equally in both direc tions. Firmly hand tighten Long
Nut (7C). Secure Long Nut (7C) not to exceed a 1/4 turn.

Caution: Do not over tighten!

10 POP-UP PREPARATION

Remove Flange (10A) from the Drain Bo dy (10B). Remove Locknut (10C), Fric-
tion Washer (10D), Rubber Washer (10E) and Stopper (10F) from Flange (10A).

8 WATER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS

Connect water Supply Lines (8A) to Faucet Inlets (8B). Hot water supply line
goes to hot inlet fi tting indi cated by red tag (8C). (Supply lines not included).
Follow manufacturer’s instructions when installing supply lines.

9 POP-UP ROD CONNECTION

Insert Lift Rod (9A) into hole at the back of Faucet Body (9B). Gently, slide Lift
Rod (9A) down the hole in Faucet Body (9B).

11 POP-UP INSTALLATION

The Flange (11A) can be installed with or without Rubber Seal ( 11B). If Flange
(11A) is installed witho ut Rubb er Se al, apply a s mall b ead of p lumbe r ’s putty
underneath the Flange (11A) and around Drain Opening (11C). Insert Flange
(11A) into Drain Opening (11C). F rom underneath, slide Rubber W asher (11D)
and Friction Washer (11E) onto the bottom of Flange (11A). Thread Locknut
(11F) until Rubber Washer (11D) seats s ecurely insi de Drain O pening (11C).
Remove excess plumber’s putty. Wrap PTFE plumber’s tape to the bottom
external threads of Flange (11A) according to manuf acturer’s instructions.
Thread Drain Body (11G) to bottom of Flange (11A) and adjust so that the Ball
Rod Opening (11H) faces the rear.

12 BALL ROD PREPARATION

Unscrew Nut (12A) from the Drain Body (12B) and retain one Packing Ring
(12C) inside the Ball Rod Opening (12D). Take off the Spring Clip (12E) from
the Ball Rod (12F).

14 POP-UP ROD LINKAGE & ADJUSTMENT

Place one end of Spring Clip (14A) onto the end of Ball Rod (14B). Insert the
Ball Rod (14B) through a hole of Strap (14C). Connect the other end of Spring
Clip (14A) to Ball rod (14B). Insert bottom of Lift Rod (14D) into the hole on
top of Strap (14C). Adjust th e Lif t Ro d (14D) height by tightening the Thumb
Screw (14E) on the Strap (14C) or by placing the Ball Rod (14B) on another
hole of Strap (14C). Be sure to leave enough space between Li f t Rod Kn ob
(14F) and Faucet Body (14G) when Lift Rod is down.

13 POP-UP BALL ROD INSTALLATION

Drop the Stop per (13A) into Drain Body (13B) with the Of f-Set (13C) facing
the rear. Place Nut (13G) and the other Pac king Ring (13H) onto Ball Rod
(13D). Insert t he Ball Rod (13D) into the Ball Rod Opening (13E) through the
Stopper Hole (13F) and secure with Nut (13G).

Turn on hot and cold water supplies, and chec k for leaks above and below
the sink.

16 VALVE FUNCTION

By lifting the Lever Handle ( 16A) up, the valve will be activated allowing water
to fl ow. The water fl ow will increase by continuing to lift up the Lever Handle
(16A). By rotating the Lever Handle counter-clockwise, the water temperature
will decrease to cold fl ow only. By rotating the Lever Handle cloc kwi se, the
water temperature will increased to hot fl ow only.

18 CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT

Turn off water supplies and relieve pressure befo re working on your faucet.
Remove handle (see fi gure 17). Remove the Dome C ap (18A) by unscrewing
counterclock wise. Using pliers, unscrew the ret ainer ring (18B). Care fully
remove the Cartridge (18C) by pulling it straight up and out. Reassemble valve
by reversing steps.

NOTE: Trim Care

Cleaning Instructions:

For all Handles and decorative fi nishes, use only a soft damp
cloth to clean and shine. Use of polish, detergents, abrasive
cleaners, organic solvents or acid may cause damage. Use of

other than a soft damp cloth will nullify our warranty!
Special Trim:

Trim products which contain Porcelain or other similar
substance are not acceptable for public areas or Commercial
use. Installation of Said Trim is at Users Risk!
